Great store. Starting from the manager (Lorenzo) all the girls that work at Pro Desk (Arlen, Marcia, Wanda, Luisa, Maria, Yenny, Adrianet, Stephanie) and girls and guys on the floor like Rodrigo, Dinorah (hardware) , Javier, Daniel in the paint department, Angel in the flooring department they really know what they're doing and most important they take the time to help you and make you feel like home. Great team I hope you keep it together. Thanks for making the buying process so nice and easy. Congratulations.... ohhh I almost forgot the delivery team Javier, Ricky and Neil and they also help a lot anytime that you need them.

Store was clean not crowded some employees say hi but not all New cashiers are friendly but not all Hard to find assistance since store it's mostly busy Over all satisfied

I went to the store yesterday to get some heavy duty chain and a padlock for my bike. Upon reaching that area in the store, an employee walked past. He did not work in that department but he immediately stopped and assisted me and he was very friendly. I wish I knew his name. I have found that regardless of where the store is located, (East Coast, West Coast, etc.) Home Depot employees are usually very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I visited this store for the past 9 years. It is a very busy place. Must part of the time I have received a very special attention from the workers over there. I could not mention any names, but those who works on Paint, Tools, Plumbing area, Fences, electric and gardening...Everywhere, any department ,the attention from Home depot workers have been amazing. I am very thankful.

I live in Miami, Florida 33142, but the Home Depot that was nearest to me was a nightmare. The appliance department was always empty, there was never a person to help us and we waited for about an hour in a half. We went to the SW 8th ST Home Depot and there it was a life saver. Laura Jenny and Kelly are the best people in Any Home Depot to help with appliances. They make you feel at ease. ❤️

Customer service is consistently great and they always have everything I need in stock. Parking is never an issue and its located in a great area.

The employee that works in the cash registers, Guadalupe is an excellent and knowledgeable person to deal with. She knows what she is doing and she was able to help us find what we needed!

Hire more people like Akemi, cashier. She looks very happy to be working for Home Depot and that good energy transferred to the customers of the store and to her fellow employees. She helped me with the credit card aplication process and was very professional. Akemi is an asset to the Home Depot family.

good experience. is very easily find products and take assistance, the store is very clear, all persons worker are friendly.

They do have a lot but the employees most are unhelpful and rude. You only find one every once and a while that is kind and helpful with no attitude. They don't stock washing machines. You can't go pick up when need it. Has to be ordered and you wait almost a week for it.
