Excellent customer service from Shelby , Makayla and others today for fixing a tip on my cane!

Everything was easy to find. I was able to get assistance when needed. the store was clean. the associates were very friendly and helpful.

Whenever we go to the Minot Home Depot we are always greeted nicely by a door greeter with a big smile and a warm welcome. Always ask us if they can help us find what we are in need of to stir us i the right direction. The employees there are always very friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can..We enjoy shopping at home depot because of the friendliness there and because the store is always standing tall in neatness and cleanliness..We have never had a bad outing at Home Depot in Minot for our shopping needs. Continue to serve your customers and the area as you are doing and you will succeed in Minot...You have won me as a steady customer. Thank you for being here!!

We've always had good experiences at Home Depot's in general but the one here in Minot is probably one of the best. I'm not a contractor or anything like that but I have spent a few grand, at this store, and it's money well spent. Not only do I get the products I need for my home, but there is usually an employee working that knows what they are doing in that department. If you talk to someone and they don't know the specifics, they will find the person who does know and get them to you. That's the name of the game in customer service. The last person I had help me here actually saved me a few hundred dollars and by getting me a different product, enabled a better installation on my home generator. Will definitely shop here again.

THE EMPLOYEES OF THE MINOT STORE ARE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL AND ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT AISLE AND WHERE PRODUCTS ARE LOCATED. THEY ARE ALWAYS READY TO HELP CHECKOUT AND I HAVE NEVER HAD TO STAND IN LINE SOMEONE IS ALWAYS RIGHT THERE TO HELP!

Very nice and clean store and very, very helpful employees. Especially Kyle on Sunday at 6:00 August 13th. in Minot, ND store where he helped us load our 16 sheets of heavy duty plywood and and when my husband offered him a $5.00 tip, he refused saying "it's part of my job" WOW what a nice kid you have working for you at the Minot Store!!! We are in our 70's so meant alot when he loaded it for us as we ourselves loaded it inside the store unto the rolling cart and must say it wasn't that easy for us. But please mention or commend KYLE at your next store meeting for going above and beyond his duties!!!! We will continue to always shop at Hoome Depot!! Thanks again for the outstanding service!!!

I honestly have to say that this store has some amazing employees. They are very willing to help the customers and have the upmost respect when something goes wrong. Thank you to all the Minot employees, but a special thank you to Betty, Corey, Joe, and the girl that works every Saturday and was helping us at the weed eaters (sorry we forgot your name). Hands down we will return to this store.

Super friendly staff/employees. No shortage of people asking me if I need/want help. Clean well maintained store. Absolutely loved walking through the aisles picking up wanted items and new items for my house.

If you plan to get new appliances their then I recommend going to sears, Lowes, or Menards. Prices are a bit lower and time frame on arrival the same as HD. Only difference is they are up front about the arrival time. The only reason I went to HD is that their web site said they had them in stock. When I got their (1 1/2 drive), they only had one type available in store. Since they told me, they could deliver them to me by the 18th I got them anyways. I ordered them in store on the 9th. The night before I was supposed to get my washer and dryer delivered (17th), I got a call saying that there was a shipping error and they would not be arriving until the 28th. I could have went to one of the other stores and paid less with the same wait time. The only reason I am not canceling my order is that if I reorder at a different store I know that I am working with the same time frame all over again. I will have waited almost a month by the time these ones get here not willing to wait much longer considering today is still only the 23rd and they are not due to arrive until the 28th. I will say that the Employees were all very nice and hlepful at the time I was in there

Clean, well stocked, great selection of merchandise but more than anything, an absolutely stellar group of employees and that is consistent amongst ALL departments! Obviously well managed and employees are just top-notch. I'll drive right by their competitor that I used to shop at frequently to experience the service I get there at HD! Specifically, "Nick" in the tool repair/rental area is as good as they get!

Home Depot was neat and clean with wide isles. Items were easy to find as the isles were clearly marked and friendly sales people were present to answer any questions and direct me if I was unable to locate the item I was looking for.

All employees are very friendly and helpful. I purchased a grill based on a store display but when I opened the box at home it was the wrong one, with less options. When I returned it to the store, Suzanne and David helped me return it and find the correct grill. Found the display was showing incorrect (lower) price, so they honored the lower price for me.
