We recently purchased appliances at this store and the customer service that we received was beyond our expectations! The sales associate that helped us was extremely knowledgeable, took a great deal of time answering our questions, and brought other items to our attention that we did not initially consider. We decided to purchase our appliances at Home Depot based solely on the customer service that we received from him. Thanks so much for making these first time homeowners feel confident in their purchase and treating us like gold!

This Home Depot is about 1 mile from my house and I come here for almost all of my home improvement needs. I like the location, the discounts, the coupons and the customer service. Oh, and the free coffee too.

Sometimes hard to hunt down an employee, but a majority of the staff that you find are friendly and helpful.

The store was super clean and neat and product were easy to find. I was very please and happy with the help I received from the staff.

This store is very conviently located. Very clean. Helpful associates (better during "non busy times").

I wish there was not such a big turn-over in experienced staff but it must be difficult to keep on people who for many reasons must move, etc. Vendors should be more aware that customers need to have inclusive inclusive installation information and/or list what all is included in boxes and/or what else needs to be purchased to hand lighting units, for example.

There was parking available not to far away. There was a sales associate available to help me locate the item. The self-check-out was staffed by a friendly and helpful associate.

I went there for supplies and they have it. I'm rebuilding a swing set we received, it's 16 yrs old and I'm basically creating a new one from scratch. Using the old one as a template. But much better with quality wood, screws, bolts and brackets.

I am always amazed by this great staff. They always either know what they are talking about or will find out for you. Everyone wears a smile and is ready and willing to help! Today I had the pleasure of being helped by both Ronda in Blinds and Christian(F) in Customer Service!

This store is great, I have been in so many stores throughout Southern California for years now. I must say this is the cleanist, provides exceptional customer service, and always has what I am looking for. Don't waste your time somewhere else.

Whenever I need anything, I can always depend on HD having it. The sales people are always very nice and professional. Would recommend coming to this location.

Although I can rarely find what I'm after on the first pass, I can usually find an associate that can at least direct me to the general area. On this visit, I stopped at the door to ask the assistance of an associate named Carl, who walked me through finding, determining the proper material then carried it to the cashier and helped me secure it for transportation. Above and Beyond, and I'm grateful. Peggy at the cashier was helpful with obtaining the Military Discount, and I am grateful to Home Depot for their generosity. Thank you, again, to all involved.

This is my favorite Home Depot because they have very helpful & friendly staff.

The store was clean, organized, everything I needed was in stock. The sales associate i dealt with was funny, friendly and helpful. The self-service checkout was easy. Parking was no hassle. The garden dept. was awesome with an amazing selection.
