A plumbing part that I needed was not available as to the manufacturer of the part needing to be replaced. An Associate found a similar part by a different manufacturer and issued a markdown to match the price of the part that was out of stock. In all of my 84 years, that was my first such shopping experience. Added to that, the cashier was exceptionally pleasant. I left the store that night feeling better than I felt at the time I had arrived.

Miriam helped me find the precise item I needed. She has assisted me in the past and she is always ready to answer questions and help me find products that I need. I really could not recommend this particular Home Depot store highly enough. More than satisfied with the store and the employees.

I went in and out of the store ing short period of time,,because of the number 1 customer service that all the personnel working there.. I leave the store fully satisfied..

We had no problem finding help in purchasing four appliances. We had 3 different employee helping us two different occasion. They were knowledge, kind, funny, and helpful in helping us figure out what we needed to redo our new house

I went in to get a new refrigerator because the one I have now is on its last leg. Like most people I was not looking forward to it. When I arrived at the store I saw that they were running a promotion for November. They were offering black friday pricing on appliances. After looking around I found the refrigerator I wanted at the price I wanted. As I was looking around I saw they had great deals on washers and dryers. I got the LG front loading washer and dryer set for a great price. I believe it was somewhere around $300 dollars off of each one. On top of that they gave me $100.00 off of the total price because I bought more than 2 appliances. When I asked if I could get my 5% for using my Home Depot card I thought they were going to tell me that I cant use 2 discounts. Not the case at all they gave it to me without even flinching. Thanks to Dennis K and Danny for taking the time to make sure that I took full advantage of all of the in store promotions, and more importantly taking the time to make sure I got the appliances I wanted at a fair price.

This is a great location and the staff is easy to talk too and overall knowledgable!

I wanted to make a small gift to my daughter and decorate the balcony of her home by flowers. I found everything I need. Of course, I would have more choice of plants for shady balconies and planters with selfwatering. But I found the most necessary.

Customer service was always top notch weather buying or returning products.

I bought substantial products from this store and I am happy for it being in my neighborhood. I owned few rental properties and I sold four in the last two years, and did substantial home renovation on every home I sold. Home Depot was my source for almost everything I needed to upgrade each home before putting it in the market. I came to know Lisa the previous Store Manager who made me feel a very important customer because of many large items which I bought from the store. One very BITTER experience happened to me not very long ago, where I asked to see the new store Manager...I was chased outside by someone after living the store because of an opened pocket of Dowels, which he claimed that I opened and he suspected that I stole some from it. He asked me to empty all my pockets but nothing was found but he forced me to go back in and pay for the item. I obliged his demand to minimize the situation and I requested to see the store Manager. I was very belittled and embarrassed. The item priced was so small...less than $2, I think.

Home Depot is the best home improvement store, a lot of very helpful associate, that gives you a service with a smile. Very clean store that is safe for shopper, whatever you need for your home improvement, Home Depot got it. And they will give you a " Military discount", if you ask for it, it won't hurt if they post a sign saying "Military service is appreciated by a 10%discount".

Vast selection of products which are labeled and easy to find. The store associates are always friendly and willing to assist customers. My experience in this particular store has always been exceptional.

As a retired Grandmother I appreciate the help the associates have given me since the store opened. (I bought my house in 1980). Most of the trips are for small items such as fixing the leak in the toilet or paint . But it doesn't matter if I bring in a sample or describe the problem, the associate helps me locate the supplies needed. We have refinished both bathrooms, and my kitchen sink with their guidance. They also help me with the different garden projects I do every year for the grand kids.

I recently purchased my first home and have been teaching myself how to fix miscellaneous repairs that I haven't had to do before. The associates at Home Depot are always helpful and knowledgeable. In-store pickup has been a great tool as well since I can order online before work and just pick up what I need after work.
