My product was easy to find! I had a great experience! I was in & out in no time!

Ranging from not knowing the products to being downright rude, this should be your expectation at this Home Depot. I come here multiple times a week for business. I am always amazed at the ratio of either cluelessness or rudeness I encounter. There are some awesome employees here as well... It is clearly mismanaged thoug. The store managers are often some of the more unprofessional employees I've come across. My latest trip had me through the return line where after ringing my items four separate times we had different totals each time. It was a large quantity and the associate was good. The manager finally gave me a card for a few bucks off... While I shopped. When I tried to pick the card up Kristen at special services made it a point to not simply hand it off so I could go pay. I'm not sure why after going through a long effort to get items returned all of the good will was wiped out by a rude transaction at the end. I go to Home Depots all over the area... There are a few crusty employees here that always ruin everyone else's efforts. Just one guys opinion.

We had outstanding professional help in the store from when we were in the process of updating a rental property. We were given time, attention and answers to our needs repeatedly over a week period of time. We were assisted in many decisions. We did not know that one associate would have the skills to help us coordinate m,any different purchases. We were also very impressed with the professional service of the associate when he came to measure new windows. He, too, gave us answers to many questions. You can be proud of these associates out of the Modesto store on Carpenter Road.

The store was clean and everything was easy to find.

I shop here often & always leave with more than I came for. It's rare if they don't have what I'm looking for. As for assistance, it is hit & miss. Some days it's spot on & some days no one makes eye contact. Overall I do like to shop here.

I came in and the person in the windows and doors was on lunch I was told I would have to wait but the person Linda came out and help me order my security door

I've felt as if the associates who have helped me really did care.

I do live too close to the store. However, it makes it very convienent for all the porjects that I do. I shop the store almost daily, sometimes several times a day. I find the Pro desk to be exceptionally well staffed by Johnny, Fred, and Brent. Also, Tina in returns is a great asset to the store.

In comparison to other stores I always find Home Depot an excellent place to shop. Associates are friendly and willing to go out of there way to help you find the right item for your need.

With the help of a cashier and associate, I returned some wrong sized lumber and got the right sized boards in about 20 min! It was awesome teamwork! Thanks!

Mayra Reyes was very helpful in helping me order our kitchen counter top. She was wonderful and I was glad she step up to help me.

I enjoyed my visit in the Modesto Home Depot very much. I was very thoroughly helped and had the full attention of the cashier at the self check out, where i have trouble running the machine. The overall assistance that i received impressed me and i will definitely be going back whenever I need More supplies.

We always find what we need and the associates are always helpful. Store is easy to get in and out, always clean. Enjoy our trips here and our house and yard are showing how much our trips benefit both.

Store personnel are exceptional! Yuell is fantastic with electrical knowledge, and Patty is always an efficient yet helpful and cheerful cashier! The only downside to this store is that the products get mixed up in the shelf boxes and you have to be very careful to check that you have the right item (check the codes)!

The garden area was neat and clean and the aisles were wide and spacious

The customer service given by our store associate Lucy was Awesome, she is patience and knowledgeable about how to serve us. She deserves a Great Big Bravo, she is excellent at her job!!! Needed a refrigerator ASAP since ours went out in the wee hours of the morning. Associate showed us new models and a reduced priced models. Explained differences between the new models and reduced priced and helped make a stress free purchase. Very informed associate on coupons, discounts and payment options.

I purchased a Milwaukee too; box and need some help before I knew it I had three guys helping me load on my cart and into the back of my truck! Thanks!

I always have a lot of questions, and there is always someone easy to find to help me or find someone to help me.

I purchased a very expensive walk In whirlpool bathtub at Home Depot. The Trucking Company lost it in Transit and the Hope Depot people did an excellent job in resolving the issue!

I was treated very rude by the tool clerk. He was not concerned about helping me at all. I went to service desk and was taken care of by Rudy. He was very well informed as to how to handle my situation. He choose his words carefully and made sure of my needs. He returned to desk with everything I needed. He truly is a positive asset to your store. I am self employed and have been for many many years. It was a true pleasure being serviced in a kind respectful and timely manner.

Lousy.!!!! It took forever to get what I needed even with the manager. Mgr unprofessional to other associates and customer. Will be looking into other options for this kind of shopping in the future, even if I need to drive a little farther. In the long run it would be faster, maybe I wouldn't need to go back because I was sold the wrong thing to begin with.

It's not always easy to find help, but when you do, the associates are awesome.
