Needs more seasoned employees that know how to deal with hardware. Questions are an answered because employees do not know what an item is due to lack of experience. Floor employees need to approach customers and offer assistance.

Your staff members need more trainingbecause I had to ask three times wear something was and if I had the right product and the prices were different but the register than they were listed on the signs also no one came to help me I had to go to the register and ask for help and still no one came so I ended up doing everything myself!

I didn't appreciate the store member taking my product to the checkout for me, I am a grown adult I can take my own products to the checkout by myself

I have never had a bad experience shopping at the Carpenter Rd. Home Depot. Friendly and helpful workers, quality inventory, I’ve even rented large equipment and a pickup to transport it. I also appreciate shopping online and having my order ready when I arrive. Thank you Home Depot!

There isn't a Home Depot close to home so I am forced to regularly shop a big box competitor. Comparitvely, Home Depot has much better selection and the customer service is head and sholders above the other. James in the Modesto store was a rock star. It is 80 miles from home but worth it!

Love shopping at the Home Depot,, but,, do not try to returning anything, like a door, without a receipt, or you will end up with a door you don't need. Enjoy your shopping!!!

Was able to zip in and out of the Modesto store with everything on my list which is a first in a long time. The simple parts for a down spout were available, the plants and flowers were healthy and abundant. The gal at the checkout, Amy absolutely made our day. Thank you

I will never shop at this Home Depot again.

Had a bad experience waited 30 mins before clerk showed up to unlock blower cage. Went to check out only one cashier. Ask why one. Was told 9 employees called in sick. And self check was taken out. So waited a long time took over 1 hour to buy one blower.

There are never any knowledgeable people in each department

I will never shop in this location again. I spent a good 30 minutes in the store without any employee interaction. One employee I saw was not very courteous to the customer so I avoided asking him for help. He seemed bothered that a customer would ask for something.

3 of 4 self checkouts not working, no tap credit card machines for a company making record profits. Upgrading monitors instead.

I was looking for an item on the floor and the staff on the floor told me Just go on line and order it from there. Not too helpful. When they do not know the answer. I finally find the item after looking around for 15 minutes

The pro sales cashier Guadalupe yelled at me and cussed me out calling me a little b word and Heather tried to get me to leave when Guadalupe was yelling at me. They both refused to tell names and both refused to get me a manager. When the managers came, they apologized and gave me both of their names

My first time painting furniture. Kelsey in the paint department fixed me up will durable and easy to use supplies that I would need. She had experience in painting furniture so she was able to give me pointers to make my project easier
