    On a hot day choosing plants for our garden my husband and I were serenaded at checkout by one of the most delightful store employees I've ever met! If you go to this Home Depot hopefully Paul will be there, he sings as he rings.

          Meets your basic needs.
          This Home Depot has what you need for home improvement. It is always full and getting help can be a bit difficult at times. I would suggest you get their early or go during weekdays. Weekends are impossible.

            I was having a difficult time getting information regarding my order status. Initial visit to this facility was 3/30/24. Today I met with Aaron in doors and the manager Aaron who both were very professional and provided the best customer service.

              I liked the customer service. I got help from Brenda and was able to find what I needed. She was very patient and remained calm throughout the entire process. there was an online error and she made sure that the error was fixed so I could have received my discount. I appreciate the kindness of its employees.

                Customer service needs improvement
                Came here to return an item. When we accidentally stood in the wrong area for the returns line after walking in (we stood under the Returns sign), we were barked at by the returns associate, Hingris, about how the line doesn’t start with us and to go find the back of the line. No reason to be rude and sarcastic. She didn’t even tell us where the back of the line started - it starts before you enter the store gates. Would no recommend, and this Home Depot should better train its staff in proper customer service

                    Great until there’s a problem
                    Doing a total renovation and shop for appliances at the store. Select my appliance and schedule delivery for specific date 2 weeks later. Day of delivery, driver shows up, opens truck, range NOT in truck. Driver says they forgot to load it and driver will go to warehouse to pick and return. Get text hours later to reschedule as I was not there for delivery and no delivery could be made. Called store and spoke to appliance dept who told me they can’t help me. Their responsibility ends with the sale and I have to take it up with the delivery company. Totally dismissed me. Asked to speak to manager and “transferred” only to be denied disconnected. Tried calling back and transferred to a number that just rang. After hours of calling the HD # customer service # and delivery company. Allegations then made that the delivery was made but I refused the appliance because it was damaged. Not true. It was finally discovered the stove arrived at the warehouse damaged, they asked for a replacement but did not contact myself or the driver that the stove wasn’t being delivered. It would at least a week for another stove to arrive at Waterhouse. Home Depot pleasantville store dismiss the situation. Before making a large purchase here, really consider if it’s worth it to have support end there. There was no offer to help, there was no offer to intercede. No offer to get another stove in stock to me. Nothing other than “it’s not our problem. We only sell the appliances” Disgraceful. Give your hard earned money to a business that will support from purchase to delivery in your home.
