Kind & Helpful

I had a very positive experience at this location. The staff are professional, kind, and helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions about the products I was interested in purchasing and they helped me navigate the aisles. I was very pleased with how quickly I was able to shop with the help of your staff. I will definitely be frequenting this location.

Staff did not offer help. Cashier decided to foist her political opinions on me. Was not nice. Bitter and twisted. Did not want to be there

My regular nearby go-to store but looking for a better store

products have really gotten cheaper ... 2 X 4's be prepared to search for good ones at least 1 good out of every 10 pieces. Sakrete multisand no longer is dry sand, it now is wet in a plastic bag and doesn't resemble sand anymore. If you need wood be prepared to only find food style shopping carts to carry it. Loading area has cars and trucks parked there while the customer shops so be prepared to hump your wood with food cart uphill to your truck.

Excellent Customer Service

Igor Mitiaev, the appliance specialist has excellent customer service skills. He helped with an entire online order totaling thousands of dollars. He even helped to apply for a store card.

Excellent customer service

I bought a door at the Home Depot and Markell in millwork was extremely helpful answering all of my questions and helping me to pick the right door. When the door was installed we noticed it was damaged. Darin in millwork called me and was instrumental in refunding My purchase and getting me a new door. Tiff in customer service worked tirelessly to process the refund and purchase of the replacement door which proved to be a challenge with the computer system, she had to try numerous times to get the transaction to work correctly. Everyone went above and beyond to help and were always kind an pleasant throughout the process. I have been to the Home Depots in New Rochelle Yonkers and Port Chester and I will never go to another Home Depot again. The employees in Hawthorne are absolutely the best.
