Love, love, love, this store and its associates. People are always helpful and kind. They seem to enjoy their jobs and where they work. I don't think I have ever seen an unhappy person there. I have been in another Home Depot stores in the past 2 weeks and it did not compare at all to this store. Availability and variety of sale items was non-existent at the other store. I will only shop at this store in the future!!!

I was in need of a weed trimmer and the associate Eric was very helpful and showed me everything I needed for the product. He explained every model to help find the one that best fit my needs. I am very appreciative and will definitely be back to this store. Also Kimberly at check out was very friendly and made me laugh. I truly enjoyed my experience today.

No one showed up to help me load 16 bags of cement mix. I'm 73 and have shoulder problems which makes it very difficult to lift heavy objects up to shoulder height. I managed by myself.

There was a very helpful young lady that handed me a product that I was looking for even though she was busy stocking a shelf.

Very helpful staff! I rarely need help when I go into a hardware store but the Home Depot staff is there and readily available when I do need help.

I was very happy with the products I purchased and at the reasonable prices I paid for them.

Togo assisted me with my purchase and was great! He was very knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed and understood how to use the tools I was purchasing to complete my project. Nancy checked me out and she was also very nice and friendly. One of the most positive experiences I've had at a home improvement store!

This store is very clean and organized. ALL the staff and friendly and knowledgeable and offer their assistance. I love comming to this store, so much I pass another store to come here!

We entered the store and were greeted with a smile. The signs on each aisle pointed us in the right direction for our shopping needs. When in doubt we ask for assistance. The associates were very helpful. In the lumber department we needed a small piece of wood and asked if there was a discard bin. We told the fellow the measurements and he went and found just what we needed. One associate even went with us to find a special hanger we needed. All associates were extremely friendly and pleasant. The check out gal asked us if we needed assistance loading our cement blocks purchase and we said yes. We brought our vehicle around and the lad loaded us up in no time. All in all we were extremely satisfied with our experience on Home Depot.

Overall shopping experience was good. Associate available when needed. Only bad experience that happened was at check-out. My products that I purchased rang up far more than what I was expected to pay. The cashier rang me up for around $70. I asked her to look at the prices again because it was not correct. She did and of course the prices were wrong. So always, always double check your receipt before leaving. My final cost was around $45. Big difference with what she originally rang me up at.

I love to wander and look at all the things that give me ideas about gadgets to use around my apt. I use this store dor my light bulb needs because it has everything you need. And the electrical employee has helped me with many other needs. I wish I could remember his name. He is always smiling and available in the front of store. Yesterday I spoke to the commercial desk and the lady that worked there helped me think of an idea to support my closet shelf. We laughed because she thought of the same thing i might have done! I worked at Depot many years ago and i loved the home repair business!

I researched the product I was in the market to buy online and wrote down the model number after comparing different models online. I went straight to the item and bought it. Trying to compare models in the store is a lot more difficult as you have to read the info on the boxes.Mundy store is my home store and I use it a lot. I have come to know many associates by name and their ability. I have alway been treated with respect and been assisted when I need it.

Store is always clean and the people are friendly.

As Home Depots go, this one is smaller but always has the parts I need.

Product (Mulch) was conveniently located outside that saved me load and unload steps - price was right also!!

this location is big enough to have the majority of items i need but small enough to make the visit a pleasure ,shorter checkout time and ease of access

It was an enjoyable excursion as soon as I found my product section and selection. All went smoothly.

I have always had a good experience shopping at the Home Depot until recently when the garden section opened for the season. That high pitch sound coming through the speakers in the garden section isn't just chasing off birds but also chasing off customers. It is very annoying. Please turn it off.
