Bought a husky tool box already assembled because I had to option. Well I thought I had looked it over well enough and didn’t got him to find a huge dent in the front. They assemble them and the sit out and get dinged and dirty. Kinda disappointed.

The Crew and Managers are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!

I shop a lot at Home depots. Fort Collins and Loveland, and this store is the most friendly by far.

I appreciate that you have staff on the floor, wish you could hire more, would always prefer to work with a human than a computer!

They sell Makita, which is my chosen platform in power tools. Not the only show in town for Makita, but the HD store is close to my shop.

Even before I moved closer to this store, it has been my go-to Home Depot store. Worth the extra drive. Some of the older employees are a goldmine of information. Best place to get a key made. More likely to have what you need in stock. Worst parking lot layout /access though.

I think it follows the “standard” Home Depot layout (the other location in town has a different layout; I think the other location is slightly smaller?). I don’t know if is remarkable or unique in any way but I’m entirely happy with this location! There’s nothing wrong with the other location either, other than not having the 100% standard layout.

A sincere “shout-out” to Debbie and Zachery in the Pro department. Their service, care for me and my project, and kind spirit are exemplary. I wish all retail experiences could be modeled after Debbie and Zachery. My deep appreciation to you both!

I was looking for a large plastic tote to ship some materials to Nigeria and the staff greeted us at the door, asked what we were in search of and led us directly to the product.

Every time I visit my local Home Depot, the associates are very attentive and helpful. The selection of tools and materials exceeds.my expectations. I really enjoyed purchasing a potted plant from the garden center, it was beautiful and inexpensive.

Customers please be aware that any purchases from Home Depot like a Moen faucet with a "lifetime warranty" is limited to Home Depot's 90 day return policy, or maybe not even that long if they no longer carry the model you are returning.

Your customer service representative, Sam (Coach) took ownership of my difficult problem and worked up a creative solution using an associate from the South Fort Collins store. He also arranged it so that I did not have to be in the store while the problem was being solved. Stellar customer service.

I’m an avid yard person, veggies, flower and lawn care. Love it all. So when Hm Depot has products I didn’t know existed I get very excited.

Customer service is alive and well at this store! So refreshing to have workers invested in there jobs, and managers that know how to train and appreciate their employees

We have frequently visited both Fort Collins locations, but have been especially impressed with how the employees at the North Fort Collins store have gone out of their way to help us with our unique requests. David in the appliance department was able to help us with every aspect of our refrigerator purchase, and completed all followup post purchase requests that we had in a prompt manner. Lian, Nicole and Carter in customer service went out of their way to make sure we had ALL the materials we needed for our recent deck project. I would especially like to single out Lian for coordinating all the aspects of our purchase, and using all the resources available to enable us to complete our project. We will definitely be returning to this location for our future home projects, as being treated well as a customers is very important to us.

It would be nice to have associates ask if you need help with anything rather that just pass you by and ignore you. In addition when asking for assistance on a particular isle that someone follow up to see if anyone actually turned up to help. I’ve left the store several times after waiting 5 to 10 minutes with no one showing up to find what I need at another store.

This hone depot has been my go to for years. No store is perfect but I prefer this one!

Only bought a 2x6x8' fir board, no big deal for me. Your store is big, well laid out, with lots of inventory. Easy to shop there and don't know about any prices that may or may not be different that other stores. Will be back I suspect.

Helpful, friendly, I was quickly able to locate where the items were I needed because the employees care!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of products and the online stock count is usually pretty accurate.

I started going to the North Home Depot due to the South store having terrible customer service. Hard to get help there. At the North store people were so much friendlier and eager to help. South store you need to be schooled!!!.

Parking lot sucks never any flat bed carts in the garden area. Employees are dumber than a box of rocks you buy in the garden center..

We have been working with Sam on a kitchen design. He has been exceptional. He is very patient and listens to our questions/concerns - very helpful with ideas, too.

This store needs a bigger/ better tool section.

I started shopping at the North FC Home Depot (and only shop at this store) because they are very friendly, knowledgeable and they give great customer service. I needed a bunk of 7/16” Sheetrock the pro desk took care of everything for me. The guys that brought it out were really careful with loading my trailer and super cool!
