The store has been very proactive in moving areas towards Spring in Oro Valley. Especially love that they have added avocado trees to their selection. Plumbing, hardware, paint supplies, and construction materials are well kept.

I'm in a HD store almost every weekend and I will go where I need to go to get what I need, but Oro Valley HD shines when it comes to customer service and a clean store - both are so appreciated

I went shopping for garden supplies and plants, excellent customer service from Susan in the Garden Dept.

I walked into this store and requested assistance with a paint issue. Glenna, Norland in the paint dept and store supervisor Lisa all made every effort to make sure that I walked out of that store completely satisfied. Thank you!

I was in and out of the store with a complex order in record time and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

Concerning the new rules for the military discount. First, I am very appreciative of the discount. The new rules where you will have to show a bar code on your phone is inconvenient and cumbersome. Before, all I had to do was show my VA ID card. A government issued card. Now I have to go through a computer verification process giving my personal information to HD and a third party. Then, at the register, I now must show the bar code on my phone. It will slow the checkout process as it is now another item I must fumble with. It is much easier to show a card than to get my phone out, swipe it open, and find the bar code. The discount is appreciated, but the inconvenience is not.

Oro Valley Home Depot has exceptional service. Their sales representatives are very friendly and helpful. If you need some help getting ideas for your home, they are there to troubleshoot and will make sure you find everything you need.

From a small sample we selected and purchased granite. After tirelessly trying to locate a suitable slab without many imperfections from what Home Depot offered we decided to look at different slabs outside of what Home Depot offered. Found the perfect slabs but it required “custom pricing” which we were ok with and expected a slight price increase since we were informed by the slab yard that the granite we chose was one grade above. Home Depot’s fabricator/installer came back with a custom price of $17,000. Our original price was $6900. We decided to have the slab yard hold our slabs and find a different vendor/installer. New supplier price for material, fabrication and installation $7500. Plus we found more than one at even a bit lower but decided on the $7500 vendor. Home Depot’s fabricator and installer appeared to be price gouging all because it was considered custom pricing. Home Depot did get their supplier to bring the price down to approximately $12,000 - far from $7500. We decided to cancel our order through Home Depot. Also we got 20% off our granite at Home Depot but this did not help with our final price. Bottom line shop around and be sure to take an experienced person with you when selecting your granite as there can be many flaws in your granite that the average person cannot see.

I find this store to be the one I most frequent do to its location, products available and knowledge of the staff; also the eagerness to help me find where I can find a product even if it’s not available in this store.

Fellow in ceiling fans very helpful and knowledgeable. Very appreciative of his help. Just as an FYI, Home Depot will no longer accept your veteran's status on your driver's license for a veterans' discount. Had an embarrassing experience at check-out. Am very appreciative of discount provided in the past, sad to see this change in policy.

Would have really liked help today while shopping at Home Depot. I passed 7 different employees (that were not helping others), not one of them offered any assistance. It became rather comical towards the end, I purposely looked like I needed help and still....nothing!

Oro Valley store is always well stock with all my needs . Plus very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean store .

The store was clean and neat. My salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product line applicable to my purchase (a range) and assisted me in sorting out the pros and cons to make an informed decision.

This is my HD of choice both for my PRO needs and personal needs - team members are helpful, the store is clean / organized so i can find what I need and be on my way - what I cant find on my own is answered quickly by team members - Thank you!

I have some home projects that I am embarking on and have found my local Home Depot to be a great resource. I can usually find an associate within minutes of arriving in an aisle who is ready and willing to help. Friendly and knowledgeable are what keeps me loyal to this store.

This store is nice. Employees are very helpful. We got what we need. Cheaper compare to other stores..good service. The cashier keeps smiling

Personnel are helpful when asked, but they are not always readily available nor do they go out of their way to offer help.

We shop this particular store for customer service and cleanliness....It's not the closest one but we like it better......appear short handed on helping customers but still do a good job.... Store is always clean and organized....normally more than a couple of registers open for checkout..

The staff was pleasant and the turtles are a big draw!

The on-hand selection is limited compared to other HD stores but the store is nice and clean. There is not enough staff to advise customers.

The Oro Valley Home Depot gives excellent customer service. I have never been disappointed with the service I receive there. The employees are ‘the best’ in giving advice, ‘How To’ directions, & opinions on their products. I’ve shopped at this store for at least 15 years (since it opened). Very happy to have it close for shopping ease.

My name is Robert and recently my wife had purchased a Huskey tool chest online as a surprise gift, as I had been wanting a Husky tool chest for some time. When there was an issue with the delivery she let the cat out of the bag and I had told her it would be ok but that why didn't we just drive over and pick it up, so we did. On Sunday, March 21st we had driven to the Oro Valley store: 10855 N Oracle Rd, Oro Valley, AZ 85737. We parked in the pick-up spot and walked in, we saw there were two lines: Returns and around the corner Customer Service. We walked around to the Customer Service line (mind you there was no one else in line). An older lady by the name of Leslie was working the counter and at that time she was assisting another gentleman, so we waited, she finished up with the gentleman she was assisting and then told us we had to wait in line around the corner (still no one else in line) she knew we were waiting and had looked at us several times and also looked at the line (didn't realize what she was doing until after she said that). At that time another young lady came up and she was going to help us but some old man had cut right in front of us with some paperwork, the older gentleman had apologized once he realized he cut in front of us, then Leslie proceeded to say can I assist you? I was already not happy with her tone and how she ignored us, so I politely said "No, we'll wait for this young lady to assist us" This lady was really sweet and found there was another issue where they had not yet closed out the online order after we had already called that night to cancel the delivery and made arrangements to be there at 10 am to pick it up, we then waited for the loaders to come out with the tool chest and assisted me in loading it onto the back of my truck. We then drove home (I live 19 miles away), In the process of unpackaging the tool chest about halfway through I noticed a big dent in the box, I was then a little frustrated, not because the tool chest was dented but that we had to go back to the store where we didn't have a pleasant experience. I then loaded the box again, and we drove back. I parked in the loading spot and my wife went inside, I hopped out of the truck and followed her. I noticed good old Leslie grab someone else who was behind my wife and proceeded to help them instead. This time I'm becoming very irritated. This is where we come across Lizzy (Izzabella), she was the opposite of pleasant, to say the least. I walk up to her with the receipt and proceeded to say "I have a big tool chest in the back of my truck (I spread my arms out to demonstrate how big the tool chest is) that we just picked up but when I went home to unpack it, I found out it had a big dent" she then interrupted me and handed me back the receipt and said we need you to bring it back in order for us to give you a refund. That was it.. I had it. I looked right at Lizzy and said "Well if you wouldn't have interrupted me Lizzy I was going to say I needed assistance in having it unloaded from the back of my truck" So could I please have someone to assist me! I think at that time she realized what she had done, she said I'm sorry let me get some loaders and then asked where I had parked (even though I had already told her I was parked right outside at the loading station. The loaders again.. were great, they assisted me in unloading the box and the guy noticed the big dent. He even said yeah, we can definitely get you another one. We loaded on a pallet jack and he was off to the returns department while I was right behind him. Lizzy then proceeded to issue a refund, she then told me the amount that was going to be refunded. I said, I never said I wanted a refund, I just want it exchanged for one that is not dented. Lizzy then looks to see if she has some in stock and she came back and said yes, we have 8 in stock. If you go to the toolbox section they can assist you over there. At this point, I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs who horrible of an experience this was. I go to the section and waited for about 10 minutes and one of the loaders had recognized me from assisting me before and asked if I had been assisted. I told him no, I was waiting to get a replacement from the one we had loaded hours before that ended up being dented. He said hold on let me go check, he then came back and told me they did not have any more in stock. Now I'm fuming.. because where do I have to go back to again? to go see the pleasant ladies Leslie and Lizzy again! I then wait in line again, Lizzy is the one who gets to assist me again. She then says "Sorry, I guess we don't have them in stock so I'll go ahead and issue a refund back to your card" I replied "Lizzy, I don't want a refund. I want this resolved, I don't want to come back to this store again. I asked can you give me a discount or meet me halfway on the next one up or just something because of the experience we have had today. She just looked at me and said, the next one up would be 510 dollars additional, I realized she either didn't know what to do or didn't care. There was a person being assisted next to me who had said out loud, I would just get a refund and get out of here. I probably should have, but again this is what my wife wanted to do for me and she was already upset and on the verge of tears, she had even said let's just go to our Home Depot, but no.. I just wanted to be done with this. I told her just charge me the difference so I can get out of here and I will deal with this later. I'm not happy with the experience I had not on one occasion but on two! I have been working in sales/customer service for over 30 years and I can tell you it's been a long time since I have been treated like this. I will never visit this store again and I will make sure all my friends know. I will post and tag everywhere to show how unhappy I am with my experience with those two ladies and how they represent your company. I’ll never step foot in that location ever again.

Well stock of products and flowers and plants for all our home projects . Very clean and tidy store . Very reasonable prices.
