This Home Depot location always keeps the best employees on staff who are genuinely interested in helping you with your needs and questions. Plus, they do a great job of having a variety of products on hand when you need them. I consider this location my personal "Home Depot" store....

This is the only home depot I usually go to, it is clean and people are always helpful

So we were walking into Home Depot looking to have a key made. As we were walking an associate asked if we needed help. We told him what we were looking for. He smiled and pointed behind us saying,"you just passed it." We turned around and what do you know, there it was! I couldn't help but laugh at myself. He then proceeded to help us with a kind attitude.

this unit has now surpassed the depot of woodstock ga and both are better than most any lowes. store 146 has always been solid but is now even better in the last year or so. it is now my go to unit/store of this ilk. kudos to manager mcdaniel and the staff.

Associate (George) was very helpful, Item I wanted was out of stock, but he went the extra mile to check expected availibilty, discovered it was on the truck currently unloading, madde sure it went straight to the service desk ( there was only one) and then opened the box and inspected it for damage since ther was a hole punched in the box. The service has been improving the last few years, especially in some stores. I guess they figured out what had made them sucessful was the service and their employees.

The store looked lighter and brighter this visit, and while always helpful...the associates were especially helpful today!

I moved into my house in Roswell in the last several months and knew I wanted to replace the refrigerator. HOWEVER, I discovered how expensive it is to move and delayed making that purchase. Today I was asked to host a reception next Saturday and decided I needed the new refrigerator in before that, so I headed to home depot where I'd previously looked at models and pretty much decided on what I wanted. Bottom line -- within 30 minutes of the time I entered the store I left, receipt in hand, delivery date set for Friday! I'm a happy purchaser -- and my thanks goes to the sales assistant who, as soon as I told him what I wanted, took me right to it and expedited the purchase.

Exceeded my expectations as usual. Easy to get in and out with what I needed.

I love my local Home Depot. The store is always clean and the employees are so helpful and go beyond their duty to help each and every time. Loyal customer for life!

I always find what I need here, and can be in and out quickly!

I needed a 4 x 8 plywood panel sawed in QUARTERS for me so I could transport it home in my car. An older black gentleman at the customer desk went to saw the panel for me but found the saw was broken. He immediately said he would sell me four of the more expensive 2 x 4 "hobby panels" for the same price I would have paid for the less expensive 4 x 8 panel. That is service!

Home Depot has an abundance of quality plants for landscaping and gardening needs. Staff is very helpful and pleasant to deal with too!

I returned an item shipped to my home and handled the return and purchase of a like item (wall oven) over the phone. The store associate was more helpful than I could imagine. She arranged the return pickup and suggested the new item that I purchased. She also set up the delivery of the new item and scheduled the installation. Nickie should be commended for her excellent customer service and store policy knowledge. She saved me a trip to the store by handling everything over the phone. This is the reason I shop at Home Depot.

Lynn, the associate in Lawn & Gardening was EXCELLENT. She helped me pull plants based on what I wanted and lined them up so I could see what the end result would be after I planted them. She then helped me pick out great plants, load them on the carts and helped me bring them to check out. She also went and brought over another plant that was potted since the store was out and reminded me I could come back for those later and they would look great with what I was getting. I would seek her help again. Overall great experience at Home Depot!!! Thanks Lynn!!!

The store is clean and organized in all departments. There is always someone available to help!

only negative - 10 am on Saturday - store is packed as is the garden center several cash registers not manned - making customers having to wait to long to pay Never should a store make a customer wait as long as I did to give the store money

I paid as much for one package of vegetable seeds as I would have for plants that were already growing. Usually (in the past) the seeds were discounted by 50% but today I was surprised to find that I was paying full price for the packages - example, FOUR (4) pumpkin seeds cast $2.47.

I live very close to this store and have purchased a number of different items from them from new toilets, to bathroom tile, lumber, mulch, paint, tools..... They almost always have exactly what I need and the associates are always very helpful when I need them.

I really do like shopping at this Home Depot... so far every associate I have met has been nicer than the next... they seem to enjoy there work and as you can imagine customers can be a pain but that seems not to be the case here!

The products I was looking for were abundantly available and the price was right! The cashier was extremely helpful.

My wife and I were assisted by Joe Cunningham in making a weed trimmer purchase. Joe made our visit to the Roswell Store a true pleasure and he provided the best customer service experience we have ever had at Home Depot (and we have had some good ones).

Home Depot is always my number one source for any homr projects. They have roofed our house, painted our house inside and out, put in new gutters with gutter guards, and answered hundreds, well, maybe even thousands of questions for me. We shop in spring there for plants, and rarely are we dis satisfied.
