I needed help using my pro points and he finished helping another gentleman who spoke Spanish. They seemed to have a great interaction! Then he was able to help me download my Home Depot App and use it to redeem my Pro points so I could use my coupon. Thank you!

I started my day out at the Home Depot store in NE Jackson, MS and I was greeted with a smile and sent off feeling greatly appreciated by the cashier at the self checkout “Ms Barbara”

This Home Depot is right around the corner and very convenient for me. The employees help me quite a bit. Over the years I’ve learned a lot about many things.

Very clean & great service

I don't know if early morning is the charm, but when I tell you that the Home Depot staff was on their game this morning, it would be an understatement. From the greeters behind the return counter to every department I shopped. the Staff was helpful and pleasant. I did not have to look for them and when I encountered them, they took me to the items needed.

Elaine went above and beyond during my transaction without getting frustrated! She is an excellent employee!

If you are looking for great customer service, go to the Home Depot in Jackson. I was impressed! The departments had staff to assist you and were very happy to help. It was 90+ degrees and they were still friendly.

Great Customer Service Experience

Not eager to help customers in the store. Took a while to get someone to help get a grill. Grill had been out in the weather for a while, pretty rough condition.

I visit this store frequently i really enjoy it. Only wish they had a better selection&Quality of certain items and plants like all the rest of the stores locally.

I purchased a grill cover in which I thought a little expenses at the time however when I open the package to my surprise this is very worth it. I know bad English

It’s a huge store with plenty of inventory & even better people. I don’t frequent this location very often but will definitely be back

Was shopping for cleaning supplies. Was on isle 46 and found everything i wanted but one item. I asked an associate Jakenya and she looked it up and helped me find it.

Bruce stayed late helping me select and cut the blinds I chose. He was efficient, friendly, and professional. I look forward to working with him in the future.

The the wood digging shovel is a very strong built shovel.

The employee radio across the store to find me more water that was out in the front that was amazing
