I thought I would buy a few items one day on my bathroom renovation project. I wound up buying about 90 per cent of materials for that project. Cashiers were friendly and accommodating. The clerks in the aisles was Ted to be helpful. I decided then I wanted to apply for a credit card. From now on I will use HD probably for most of my materials again. I’m very pleased.

I actually live nearer the Brandon store but the door I wanted was out of stock. The staff at the Jackson store was more friendly and helpful. I will go again if the opportunity presents itself.

As I hobbled into the store, a young man greeted me & offered a scooter. Then he guided me to the location I needed & helped me select the item I wanted, all the while smiling. As I went to another dept, I was greeted and helped in exactly the same manner. I left feeling like I had met 3 friends who were glad to see and help me. Wonderful!!!!

What the title says.....stop hounding me for reviews for a visit that never occurred! Something is amiss here. I don't know where the Jackson store even is.

Whenever I visit this door, the employees often have a bad attitude, and there's rarely anyone available to help load my truck, even after spending thousands of dollars on lumber.

I remember when HD hired people who were trained in their fields like plumbing, carpentry, paint. Not any more. They only hire people who do one thing. Stock shelves. No knowledge in construction.

The lady in the Pro Shop went out of her way to help me. She even gave me the information I needed to help me set up my Pro account.

Drove over a 120 miles & still was not able to find the correct quantity HD posted on line. They need to do a better job of posting each locations inventory!!!!!

I do not recommend buying anything that has to be ordered.

I am an old guy and the sales lady in windows and doors, Diamond, went out of her way to help with everything I needed. She alone would make me come back to this store!

I work in the Ridgeland area, and I go into this Home Depot probably twice a week at minimum. Every time the employees are helpful and courteous. The rental center has always been great at getting this done quickly.

Never will buy anything else from Home Depot

I was looking for a Christmas tree and it was out of stock everywhere else. I spoke to a customer service employee, Blake, and he helped me with locating a new shipment of trees and I picked it up the same night. Outstanding customer service from him.

I purchased various items for my home and yard, and I am very happy with my selection of items. My flowers and landscape are beautiful.

Greeted by friendly employees throughout the store. Restroom sign was visible. The restroom was clean and stocked. Items were priced prominently on the shelves. I did notice plants being trashed that I would have purchased at markdown.

Your staff was very helpful and polite Jarrod was extra special, He took the time to get me what I need and loaded in my SUV which was very challenging .Also a special thanks too Kelivn, Ryan C. and Ty W. You guy's ROCK!!!!!

The people at this store were attentive to my questions, and I felt seen and heard here. I needed my questions answered for a project, I wanted someone to listen and respond with their full attention. They did that here. Thank you.

Shopped this store about a week ago and I was so satisfied with the help I received. Every person I talked with was helpful. Hasn’t always been the cases. In the past I’ve encounter employees who were more concerned about talking and visiting each other than helping customers. And if I managed to get their attention it was met with attitude. So much much much better. Thank you.

I needed help using my pro points and he finished helping another gentleman who spoke Spanish. They seemed to have a great interaction! Then he was able to help me download my Home Depot App and use it to redeem my Pro points so I could use my coupon. Thank you!
