Great tool section, usually the first section I visit no matter what I'm going there to buy

I looove Home Depot. People are very kind and nice. I had wonderful assistance in Painting department. I was helped by Mike, who was very patient and attentive and also Michelle helped me a lot, and bot of them made my experience at their department very pleasant and satisficing. At the cashier I was attended by Alvin, who was very kind answering my questions and Anton helped me with my water and other heavy things that he carried very carefully to my car. Great team!Thank you!

I needed a part to fix a plumbing leak. Due to an odd sized fitting that was seized/stuck in my existing pipes, I needed to find another combination of fittings that would eventually allow me to connect the new pipe needed to fix the leak. Irma and another person that she was training were very helpful in helping me find a solution to this issue. I would have had to do without running water in the house if this wasn't able to be resolved.

I like the store, the application let me know they had the products I needed so I went to the store, none of the associates offered to help but I did not need the help this time. I got what I wanted and went on my way.

Jana was busy stocking paint products and saw we were in line behind another person. She immediately stopped stocking and came to help us. She helped us color match our sample, choose the right paint and tested the paint before we bought it. I have never had a better experience than with Jana. She went above and beyond just to make us satisfied.

I was dealing with a stain cabinets that I wanted painted. I was planning on buying your rust oleum cabinet kit but to my disappointment you were out. When I was talking with Doug he walked me through the process of how to do everything which was very helpful since I don't normally paint cabinets.

The store was very clean and had all items in stock that I was looking for.The garden centers flowers and vegetables were well taken care of,I will be back for more.Jana,Mark and Rolando were very friendly and helpful with my questions.Jana showed me were items were.I really appreciated all their help.The cashier was friendly and I did not have to wait in line.Staff went above and beyond my expectations.It was a pleasant experience shopping here.The staff seem happy working here.Covid 19 precautions were in place and I felt very safe.Thank you

Best home improvement store in the area.

Not enough help, cannot find a store associate to help with any questions, the associates don't even help each other when one gets busy. They all see an overwhelmed person trying to take care of customers and just walk on by. The impression from the store is that they don't care if you shop there or not.

I had a very positive experience and was helped by Ramsey today, an excellent employee! He was pleasant and capable of helping me figure out my problem. The customer service rep last week was also excellent, as well as Mark in flooring! I wish my shopping experiences were always this good! Good service makes such a difference!

Over all my experience at this store was very positive. I found and purchased what I was looking for with a great a customer service at the register.

The staff at this store made it the best shopping experience I've had at any HD. Supervisor John (Little John) and Big John in plumbing are a couple of guys who'll stop what they're doing and give you undivided attention. Additionally, I had at least two other people ask me if I needed help. This doesn't happen at other stores. Sydney at the Pro Desk was quick and know how to use the computer well. No fumbling or asking for help. She was ON it, and knew her stuff. All three of these personnel offered extra advice to save money or make my project better- all welcomed ideas. John asked for my name and Sydney handed me her card. I feel I can walk in here again and they will know who I am- a welcomed customer. Thank you John, John, and Sydney for positively changing my mind about shopping at HD.

Great employees; big shout out to Orlando who impressed my mother and I by making our business feel valued and not just overlooked for not having sufficient product available at their store (or even other stores; as well as online).
