I wish I could remember all the names of the associates. . This guy took the time to go over to the computer and compare stats on 2 different miter saws. I try to make all my purchases at this home depot because of the store associates.

Between the friendly cashiers greeting you with a smile and the friendliness and eagerness of store associates that can tell you exactly where the item you are looking for is and even take the time to walk you to that item - thank you. And lastly loading the items for you to your vehicle I find a real pleasure to shop at this story.

Paul Weld was wonderful to work with designing mynew kitchen. But he was continually answering phones for regular Q/A that someone else less specialized could have handled. Spending several hours ,spending $12k, this was a nusiance.

When ever I go to this store the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help you out. The store is always clean and well stocked

My suggestion for improvement is to post more signage to direct people to the store

I was told it was only sold online. I am not buy it with out seeing it in person.

When I left the North Conway store within a half hour of entering it, and after making the purchase of a refrigerator in that short time, I was happy. The sales associate was terrific; he answered my questions; he asked additional questions for confirmation. He was patient as I pondered color and style of refrigerator. Perhaps I was there on a quiet day, however, this is the store which immediately answered my initial phone call in contrast to the Rochester store where I was put on hold about five times. Although I had to travel in an opposite direction than I was intending, I felt that the North Conway store was a better choice for me given the long hold and final no answer experience which I had had when trying to contact the Rochester store.

My go to place when I need something fast, always usually can fine what I am looking for with a good price, I use the store for work and my own home use.

A manager opened up an additional register to assist with checkout when someone had a large amount of lumber, thus significantly reducing the time I and others had to spend on line at checkout. Highly appreciated and left a positive impression. Nice to go to a store where managers are willing to jump in where needed to make things easier for customers vs. getting on the radio to ask another store employee to come to help while the customers continue to wait for assistance. The staff at the North Conway Home Depot are always ready and willing to help regardless of their position in the store.

They actually have merchandise instock and employees willing to assist you unlike Lowes!

I have always been impressed with the knowledge of the stores associates, as well as the helpfulness of the customer service staff. I am always met with a smile and a honest concern for my projects and what is the best way to complete them.

I always find my shopping experience in this store to be very satisfying. My recent visit was exceptional. Associate Nick Swan was most helpful in helping me to order multiple sized custom area rugs. He was patient, considerate, and quite knowledgeable. Thanks so much!!

Shopping in N. Conway, NH ruins shopping in my local stores. The staff is outstanding, and knowledgeable. They give the impression that they want to help you be successful rather than wanting to help you so they can get back to something that interests them.

The associates were eager and ready to help. I didn't have to look for an associate, they came up to me, and asked if they could offer assistance. They seemed concerned, by the questions they asked, that they could make my experience at Home Depot and enjoyable one. Kudos to you, North Conway! We went in and purchased a grill... they assembled and had it ready while we were out at church and lunch. So very courteous! Thank you.

We use Home Depot often. Only issue with this visit was being told to buy a certain item when we brought in a product from home to be matched up just to get home to find what we bought did not match what we needed. Next time we will be researching to be sure we buy exactly what we need. If need be, we will go to Lowes even though we prefer Home Depot.

This store is very well organized. The associates are extremely helpful and always have a smile on their faces. We love this store.

My husband and I needed to replace our sliding door and some of the flooring. We came into the store with a lust of materials but not knowing where to locate everything. An couple if associates, Kevin and Ian helped us gather our materials and helped us load everything into our pickup truck. The new glass door we bought was oversized and difficult to find good placement, but because of their help, we made it home with no broken doors! Great experience.

The store Manager is always available for Q + A as well as secrets to finding the correct specialty building products. His attitude and professionalism trickle down to his subordinates as he leads by example. I even had contact with Brad, on his day off, while Home Depot and he was still willing to assist. He did not let on he was on a day off until I asked as I thought he should have been off that day. The store is always neat and clean. Items are located in the proper places AND, as a result, are easy to find. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

Store was clean, store seems well organized, but we just didn't know where the item we were looking for was. The store associate was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing us in the right direction.
