My husband and I came into Home Depot to buy a lawn mower over Labor Day weekend. On our way through the store we stopped in appliances "just for fun". Before we got through the selection of gas ranges Bill Logan appeared. By the time we were done we had purchased a stove, refrigerator and dish washer. Bill was so helpful and knowledgeable. If Bill hadn't appeared we would probably just have a new lawn mower. Thanks Bill for all your help.

Steve Mace, Floramarie and Chris C. made my experience a great one. No staff were working in appliances at the time. Steve stepped in and helped in every way possible. Floramarie and Chris C. at customer service helped me get my appliance ordered for delivery. The computers were acting up and they jumped through a number of hoops to get the job done. All three staff were patient, kind and hard working.

It seems like when I visit this store, there are more helpful employees roaming the aisles- particularly on the weekends. I don't always need assistance, but am often asked if I do by the friendly people at this store. Something has definitely changed in the last few years.

The associates were very professional and helpful in selecting shades for my new house.

This store is well organized, well lit and in stock. It's easy to navigate and there is plenty of very friendly employees who are well informed about their store and the location of products. I drive by a similar store, closer to my home, just to shop at this Home Depot!!

I left, feeling so relieved and quite happy with not only the excellent assistance I received from Justin and Sara, but the purchases fit exactly what I needed and benefit! one was on sale! it was good shopping experience, with those two being so very helpful and courteous. They both stepped right up to be considerate and work with my bit of hearing disability too. All of any questions were answered, I had just a real good experience here at this store with the two big purchases, a stove and a lawn mower. Justin and Sara are amazing.

The Fort Collins store has many store associates that are women. I find I usually get quicker assistance from women associates and very pleased with the overall experience shopping for tools and supplies.

We waited 8 weeks for our carpet installation. The day of installation my husband and I took the day off work and dismantled our entire house in accordance with the Home Depot requirements (they won't move electronics or dismantle beds or move items on the floor of closets etc). The morning of installation we received a call to say they were not going to show up!!! Worse still, the ONLY thing they were willing to do was reschedule. They did not offer us any discount, or any compromise for the extreme unprofessionalism and the inconvenience to us. I cancelled my order - hopefully they will get stuck with the carpet forever - and went to a more reliable company!!

Always have good stock and the material I need. A one stop shop.

STORE ASSOCIATES NEW WHAT THEY WHERE TALKING ABOUT

I was looking for a specific type of mortar, which the store didn't have in stock on this visit. The sales associates however are quite knowledgeable and always go out of their way to offer advice and help with product selection and even project planning and tips to insure a good outcome! This is a great Home Depot store. I've purchased from every department over time and they have saved me a lot of time and money.

The store was clean and the associate at the Pro desk was very helpful. Assisted me all the way through my request. Need more guys like him.

I was new to this store, but had an easy time finding what I was looking for and the store employees were very helpful getting pointing me in the right direction.

I shopped to buy 12 U bolts #385 but when checking the bin only 6 were available. A store assistant checked stock and inventory that indicated there were 7 more but none could be found. I noticed that #386 U bolt was a comparable item and could be used with #385 but the price was $.20 more per U Bolt. I asked if they would sell me the #386 for the same price as #385 and the assistant was able to help me with the change in pricing. Very efficient, good attitude, and never reluctant to help me with my purchase. Great customer service and I will shop here again. Thanks for the satisfying experience.

I come in here a lot and as always the store is continuously my favorite store to go into. The employees are always extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I will forever come back to Home Depot as long as they continue their ethics and don't change anything.

I bought a pop up trailer, I only had two days to put it together with no tools, no work station, no idea on how to make it successfully water tight and safe... I came here and right away I was adopted, taught, helped,... Several trips outside for measurements, two trips for cutting down plywood, help loading, help drilling new holes. My receipt will never show how grand my day was, thank you home depot for helping me look awesome

We can say that overall, everytime we had questions or needed help in finding things for our home projects. HD employees were very knowlegeable and helpful.

I was looking for a light color to paint a room in which I'm not wanting to spend a lot of money to decorate. The associate at the counter was extremely helpful finding me a paint that would fit my needs AND budget. She found a paint color that worked within the specs of the type of paint we had chosen in my price point. I wish I could remember her name, but thank you so much! (It was Saturday night, May 2nd). I am generally intimidated coming into the store, but don't feel that as much now with such helpful people who don't make me feel ignorant for not being a home improvement expert.

A store associate helped to provide rain jackets to be distributed to the homeless by having the store match this consumer's purchase of jackets so that more could be given out

The store is well laid out and well stocked. The associates in building materials, plumbing, electrical, and flooring know their stuff. If your in tools, talk to the older people, the young kid doesn't know even the basics tools. The cashiers are quick and always have a smile. This is my go-to store for all my remodeling and building needs.

I'm only writing this review and giving this store 5 stars because of an associate named Cecelia. She went way out of her way to help me find an item they had in their system after the associate in electrical said he had personally verified that the count of 24 items were wrong. Thanks to Cecelia I was able to purchase the items I needed

Staff walked me to where items I wanted were located instead of just pointing. They also were very knowledgable about products

I was looking for hanging flower baskets. Saw some outside that I really liked. There were 3 rows and one price sign. The middle row baskets looked larger to me so asked an associate how much those were. She quoted the same as the sign. Needed help getting them down and another shopper helped do that because they were very heavy. When going to pay discovered price of those larger hanging planters was $35.00 more each than the associate quoted. Had to have someone put them back because I wasn't going to pay that much. I was pretty upset that the associate didn't take the time to really check the prices. It would have saved some of us a lot of effort.

When looking for the plastic strip for my metal landscaping edging I found your associate very helpful in understanding what I wanted and she immediately located the item for me. I am always pleased with your store even though I live in SE Fort Collins.

the person in doors and windows was very helpful a d was able to find the door product i I needed and get it ordered for me; and the cashier (Larry) was extremely friendly and an overall a good person.
