i find my shopping experience at the North Lauderdale Home Depot not just comfortable but very pleasant, with staff not just pointing you where to go but walking you to find what you are looking for, enabling you to get in and out in the shortest possible time, the store is clean and well staffed, I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to this Home Depot. Been to many different Home Depot stores in the North Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Sunrise areas and the North Lauderdale location is the best. Great layout and great customer service. Every employee gives their best to the customers.

I have always had good experiences whenever I have the occasion to visit this location. This is my "go too" store when products are not available at the location near me.

When I visited your store recently I was blessed to have Margaret as my cashier. She was the nicest cashier I've had anywhere in several months, proving a person can be friendly without sacrificing efficiency.

Customer service staff ( Desiree) went above and beyond! I can't thank her enough for being so kind and helpful....overall I rate this shopping experience a 10!

The current manageress is awesome. I got a part earlier in the day and showed up at about 0815 that Sunday evening and realized the store was closed. I was able to make a case to the manageress to quickly purchase the correct part. She offered a level of compassion and understanding not seen by me in ages. Being a physician, I know fully well how patients are gratified by such acts. I am eternally grateful and look forward to thanking her once again. The store was clean, associates helpful and I found the products easily.

Store is in a convenient location. The layout is similar to other Home Depot stores. Some items I needed were not restocked and you need to kn ow where to look for many items. Customer service is ok when you need someone from the correct department.

I will continue to shop at this Home Depot The incorrect key was punch and it does not allowed you to go back. I will be back to shop at 6312 Home Depot Thank you

Friendly people

Paint department mixed the wrong paint and refused to make good with the correct paint. Store Manager, Nadine Rose finally approved refund but told me to go elsewhere for my paint. Customer Service was very nice but both the Store Manager and the paint department manager treated me badly.

Ali is a consummate professional, and was extremely helpful to my family and I today. She is not only friendly and professional, but went out of her way to help us purchase an exterior impact door, and made suggestions for the hardware for it. Furthermore, she directed me to the rental center, where I rented a van to bring the door home. As I was renting the van, then she was helping my wife with the purchase of the door. This was helpful, as there were other people waiting to rent trucks and vans, and thus she made it possible for me not only to get the door, but bring it home as well.

The store was clean and i fined what i need.

Sales people are gentey pretty helpful but stay away from tool rental department when Hugo is working unless you want to spend all afternoon at his counter.
