Good thing there's Cheryl (cashier) there or this store would be Zero stars.

Don't bother visiting this location for help with a new door; no one will be at the desk, and they won't answer the call button or a call from another associate.

We had the best experience as we initially had when we first purchased our washer/dryer and electric stove last year. This time, our fridge broke, and we went to our local HomeDepot to inquire for a credit line increase to purchase our fridge. Judy was simply amazing and helped us all the way by helping us choose, and letting us know all the discounts to help make the best selection. Her knowledge was definitely valuable. Maureen at the checkout was excellent and kind to explain all the details on warranties and other important information. Overall, we're continued to be very happy of the customer service level at our local HomeDepot, and we look forward in continue to make it our one-stop shop for all our home needs.

This Home Depot is closer to me, but I also like the friendliness of the associates, starting with the cashiers and each one of the associates I had dealt with in the pass. Bought granite, my kitchen ceramic tile, stove, etc. All went smooth. Thanks.

Friendly staff outdid themselves when I had to make a quick trip in for a gift certificate. The cool certificate holders made it especially fun to give and receive.

I am Home Depot patron for about 20 years. During this long period of time more than 95% of my purchases have been from The Home Depot. This is because of availability of the products I needed, associates' help whenever required friendly and courteous staff.

I almost never find an associate to help me. Long waits and hard to find things you need. Tonny is the only good thing in that store, he is terrific.

Overall I only needed 1 item, some cedar wood was able to find in aisle assistant located which aisle. Helpful

Every try to find an "expert" at Walmart? How about when you go to "L"? At Home Depot, product quality, selection and knowledgeable associates truly make the difference between home project success or failure. My experience with the garden section in spring, repairs to electricals, plumbing and flooring and the workshops with the experts, make the difference for me and why I'll always make Home Depot my first choice stop for anything in the DIY realm.

Hard to find and hidden in the section for filters so you will buy the $ 10.00 filter instead of the 75 Cent filter.
