I primarily go to this store for price and convenience. The staff is acceptably knowledgeable (keep in mind I ask questions like "do you have tape?" lol) and generally pleasant to deal with. However, "follow-through" and "follow-up" is something that doesn't come to mind when I think of Home Depot (or any building supplies store for that matter). However, until I had the pleasure of working the Zel (cashier at customer service desk, very polite and charming) and Pat "The Vet" (self-proclaimed nickname for working there for close to 29 years and 6 years in our military!). Their follow-up and follow-through on my delivery made me feel like I was the only customer for their entire day. Zel's personalized calls to verify orders were being dropped off promptly and at the right location and Pat's follow-up order (I'm telling you, I can barely build a sandwich, let alone put up shutters for the next "Irma") were incredibly helpful and memorable. Home Depot, take them to lunch!

The store was clean the people were nice the cashier Tianna was knowledgeable and help me out tremendously by guiding me to the right section and everybody knew all about their locations what was there and everything overall was a wonderful experience

Customer service by cashier leaves much to be desired. Nasty attitude and poor customer service skills

I had a complicated refund issue and Zell handled it quickly and efficiently. She was very friendly and helpful. This lady is an asset to the Home Depot company and clearly likes her job.

This store is one of the busiest Home Depots I have ever visited. It seems crowded, but I realized that it is a smaller store. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. I was asked more than once if I found what I needed or if I needed help.

This store is one of my favorite stores that I visit...EVERYDAY.

i had no problems with assistance from store employees,if one of them did not have the right answer then they would asked someone specializing in that particular dept.able to find everything i was looking for.store was clean associates were friendly

Great customer service

Joel in Tool Rental was very courteous, and helpful. He helped me locate and replace the blade on my Edger. He double-checked and corrected the replacement (and caught a mistake), making certain the edger works properly.

VERY GOOD AND CLEAN STORE, EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT.

The Store is a mess and the employees are rude. Homeless people are asking you for money in the parking lot.

Leslie and Danielys are great employees they do awesome jobs and I am glad I get to work with them, they know exactly what their job is and always help me no matter in the store or a delivery order.

Regardless of the location of a successful Brand, it's a disservice to the community that supports it. When a company neglects its responsibilities, it convey the wrong message to its consumers and the community. This Store is in dire straits of a facelift. The trees and parking area needs attended to, the lighting in the parking area is poor and become counter productive with the homelessness in the area. Create a programs that can help and benefit them.

Companies needs to emphasise the importance of excellent customer relations, gear it's employees with the knowledge, skills and responsibilities to deliver those services, which will definitely lead to success. Excellent customer relations are paramount and have no biases to location and clients status.

Love this store, love my Pro Girls who are the best at their jobs, Danielys and Leslie, don't know what I'd do without thier help.

hOME DEPOT NO LONGER GIVES EBATES POINTS AND LOWES DOES. NOT ENOUGH HELP IN THE ISLES/DEPARTMENTS GENERALLY STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WHEN YOU CAN FIND THEM.
