These individuals are always willing to help me, walk me through completing repairs and aiding me with my purchases. Without their assistance I do not know how I would be able to complete my renovations. My renovations are of my entire house interior and exterior. Their help keeps me motivated and ever learning.

store was dirty and aisles were cluttered not near as good as other homedepot stores

The plumbing part I needed was not a stocked item (too specialized). but the associate knew immediately that he did not have it. The associates in lawn and garden were very helpful, giving me a discount on a damaged bag of perlite.

The store has all products needed for home improvement

I am a committed commuter. I had caught a Hartline bus in to the plaza, ran to WalMart 1st to pick up some items my housemate needed, swung by the Chinese takeout and grabbed us lunch, then headed to HomeDepot to get a vacuum cleaner I saw on sale (online). I had 35 minutes from the time I was dropped off, until I needed to board my next bus. I saved HomeDepot for last as I figured if I had any issues and missed my connection, I'd rather spend time at HomeDepot than WalMart; I had never purchased appliances from HomeDepot before, and had no idea where vacuum cleaners would be. I entered the store in the lumber section, and made my way to gardening as I thought maybe vacuums would be near rakes (they weren't). Found a sales clerk quickly who knew immediately where I needed to go, and got me there in a flash. I found exactly what I had seen online at the exact same price (it was on sale). Grabbed my goodies and headed for check-out. All lanes were occupied by moved quickly - and friendly - and got checked out and to the bus stop with plenty of time to spare. Mission Accomplished!

I enjoy the shopping, service, and selection. The professional associates are always willing to help. Home Depot has the tools and parts I need.

Excellent customer service, especially at cashier stations. Associates very helpful when I have questions. I think you might want to hire more Associates at this store. You have a lot of customers..sometimes have to look for Associates as they are helping in other areas of the store.

The staff at this store was very helpful. I had a problem with my Purchase Card and they solved it immediately. I bought patio paint and I couldn't believe how fast the service was. Great Experience.
