I worked with Ema who provided the best customer service I have ever received not only at a Home Depot but at any other home improvement store. If you addre shopping for matching backsplash & tiles Genesis is your girl. She was patient, sweet & sp helpful. I don't know if I would have found what I was looking for without her assistance. She is a Gem!!!!

Friendly employees and very helpful

The store was neat and cleano on a busy Saturday morning. There were many courteous associates who were available to help. Two even asked us if we needed help because we were just standing, looking at the overhead signs to find an item. That's awesome! The cashier Starr topped off our visit by opening her register line after she had just closed. She saw that the other lines were getting long and offered it. Great customer service!!! Thank you, we'll be back.

The service has definatly improved, the problem I see now is no help in Garden center, I am 71 and have problem with heavy things, twice I have had to get customers to help me get potting soil, big bags and another time i went to customer service to get help finding something in garden dept. I also like to use a mobile cart because the store is too big for me to walk it, so I dont always get everything I need. Very rarely is their an electric cart available, I spend more money when I have one. I was told once to go look in the parking lot for one, I told him to go look for me instead, I cant walk. He wouldnt until I told him I was going to customer service. Not sure what his job was, he was greeting people when they came in. Usually no one is by the door to be able to ask for directions or where something is. Overall the store has improved customer service a lot.

Please be careful with your Will Call Orders !!! The Will Call process appears to be simple based on how fast paying for the items occur and you are assured your items will be ready but PLEASE know that it will not be ready. Call the store several times before your scheduled pickup time. This will save you time and money. I have begged Home depot to assist the Customers with a streamlined process so that the departments communicate but my begging to date has not been heard. Save Yourself Some Time And Money !!! Call ahead and check on your "Will Call" Items before arrival.

"Will Call" There has not been one time that the Will Call process has worked as planned. If you use this process give yourself several hours before the items are to be picked up and based on my experiences( more than 10) from paying for your items to picking them up you must do the following: 1. Call the store to insure your items are in Will Call at least 2 hours before you want to pickup- notate who you speak to as the excuses change based on who answers your call. 2. Call back again within an hour of your pickup again notate who answers your call, check to see if your items are in will call again. This process may seem like a bit much but this store has no cross functional communication, the person that you pay for the order fails to communicate with the department that is to process the order and the Will Call department may not be notified until you arrive. Call ahead to save yourself some time and STRESS !!!
