You can find most anything you need and can always ask for help

Worst store in change. Half the employees know nothing. The run away from you if you want help. can never find a person in the aisle. Lowe's isn't much better. At least when you have a problem corporate stands by what they sell. Home depot used to do that but no longer does.

Ed Moeller (flooring specialist) was the BEST store employee we have ever dealt with. He went so far beyond our expectations of good salesmanship. He was very knowledgeable, very courteous and patient, and so helpful in his helping us make a final decision on our hardwood flooring. He is a tremendous asset to Home Depot, and we couldn't have been more pleased with his service. We consider ourselves very lucky that he happened to be available when we walked into the flooring dept.

Ryan (at register 8) was very helpful! I had lost my wallet earlier that day, and he turned it into his manager as soon as he saw it on the ground! It's nice to know this store has honest and helpful employees like Ryan working for them! Thank you so much for your help Ryan!

What I wanted was supposed to be in stock, but it was not on the shelf. The salesman would have had to go searching through tons of boxes to find the item (which he started to do), but then I found a similar item and he price matched it for the item I was trying to buy. Excellent customer service! I did not get the name of the man who helped, but he was a light-skinned black man in the tools section. He went all-out!

Since the opening of Lowes in Norwalk, the customer service in the Norwalk Home Depot has greatly improved. The employees are noticeably more knowledgeable/helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist the customers

I am always satisfied with my experience when I walk into a home depot. The associates are always very helpful in getting me the product I need and offering advice to help me with my projects.

This store is friendly, well organized, and always has what I need in stock. And the employees are wonderful -- they always greet you with a smile and will do anything to make your experience easier and quicker.

Sandy J at paint was outstanding. Kevin the manager was friendly, approachable and VERY helpful. Alejandro at the front desk was courteous, patient and knowledgable.

I have been shopping here for many years, and have always been impressed with the customer service. Someone is always available to answer questions, or direct me to the person who can. The store is clean and everyone is friendly.

Parking is a nightmare. Staff far less than helpful and forget going to this store to return items unless its off hours as the return counter spends more time chatting with each other than efficiently providing service. The manager of this store should replaced or encouraged to have a much stronger presence.

I love shopping at this Home Depot! It is well stocked and I have always had excellent customer service.

I HAD A GREAT VISIT TO THE PAINT DEPARTMENT AND WAS HELPED BY A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL HD ASSOCIATE NAMED: MUKHTAR.

On this occasion, I was assisted by an excellent associate in the tools department. He made me aware of the Rigid brand promotion. If only all the associates were as conscientious, there would be no need to check these silly ratings. Then again if the customers were to treat the store with greater respect, the associates would be less likely to burn out from the constant abuse.

Parking garage is hazardous. The Lowes open parking lot down the street from the Norwalk, Ct store is much easier to park in.

Store clean and friendly.

When Home Depot came to Norwalk many were skeptical about the store. I wasn't. I went right in and ordered my new kitchen. Having interviewed and listened to various kitchen designers and having my ideas changed by their own interests I was ready for someone to listen to me. I wanted a sink in the corner to free up the large window over the counter. For 20 years it has been just perfect. My open kitchen concept was before its time. Subsequent to that I remodeled the kitchen in our condo at Stratton Mountain VT. Again the Bennington home Depot had just opened in 2002. I interviewed kitchen 'specialists' and came away with the same thought. Let Home Depot do it. Not one problem with either kitchen.....Both of my daughters and their husbands have designed kitchens with Home Depot and been very happy. Thank you Home Depot
