needed a truck to move a mattress, got the truck, made my pickup, and brought the truck back and was checked out in an hour. quick and easy

I prefer to go to the Fairfield store since the parking lot lighting at Norwalk is not bright enough for my liking

Was approached and offered help without having to search for it. Associate was really knowledgeable about the different appliances, what was in stock and the entire purchase and delivery process. Everything went smoothly and quickly.

I have gone to the Norwalk, CT several times this week. 90% of the time an associate was there to assist you. However, I came across an associate who was in way over his head in tools. Was unable to answer my questions about the product and once during our conversation he read off the box to me. Except for that episode. The cashiers were very helpful and even had a sense of humor.

I was looking for a brass adapter in the plumbing section. As usual there were many items out of place and a few opened packages with missing components. It took a while but I found what I wanted. I then went looking for some DIF. My wife was removing some wallpaper sizing and ran out. No one there that I spoke with in the paint department had heard of DIF before. Sad since many professionals have used this product religiously for years.

I went to purchase some house wash, the bottle you attach to your hose to clean the mildew from your vinyl siding. It was up on a higher shelf out of my reach. I stepped into the main aisle and the associate in the paint department saw me and asked if I needed help which was nice. After he helped me when I went to check out the cashier was also extremely friendly and even double bagged my items because they were heavy. Very satisfied with my visit and also my previous 2 visits were the same. Nice store to shop in.

The price was very reasonable for the granite countertop I bought. Store associate was very helpful, and I made my selections without any issues.

My daughter said....if we go to Home Depot (vs. the competition) we will be in a covered garage! So smart was she on this rainy day

THE STORE IS ORGANIZE, I FOUND PRODUCTS VERY EASY.

Smaller then most but easy to find almost anything they carry and they hire some retired industry guys that really are knowledgeable.

Home depot always seems to have what I need when i need it. Lowes is better for random stuff like lighting and some upscaled stuff like doors, etc, but for all else home depot fills the need and they tend to be more helpful on the floor than they are at lowes down the street. great store!

The man in lumber was very polite and nice, and the cashier was awesome sweet lady

Recently, I have found the store to be cleaner from the very fine dust that in the past accumulated on every product that you touched. And Cassandra was very helpful at check-out.

The Norwalk store is always clean and easy to navigate. Associates come up to me to see if they can help me...I don't have to find one or ask! The cashiers are friendly too.

the people at the store are always courteous and friendly, the staff and other customers. everyone is always helpful in the store. the place is clean both inside and out. i joked with my wife while shopping about how tranquil the place is, you can hear the birds in the rafters most days, it reminds me of summer. the place is easy to shop, i always get what i need, the prices are fair. it feels like there is a professional working in every department. home depot has helped keep my home in good shape through the years. i have been shopping there a long time, from when my kids were small going to the kids workshop on the first Saturday of every month, trading pins with Laverne to buying my son a garage remote this weekend to keep in first car. your team has done right by my family. everyone there gets the thumbs up!

I'm not sure what has happened, but I suspect that the store is under new management because I had a really pleasant shopping experience here for the first time. The employees on the floor knew the products and where to find them and the cashier was friendly and efficient. I normally dread going to the Homedepot because I can't find anything and can't get anybody to answer my questions but this time was different. Seems like the store is really turning things around...so I'll be back. :)

Usual experience in this store has been very positive so was surprised to have to seek out an associate to help me and was disappointed with their knowledge of the products I was questioning for my needs. Hopefully just an anomaly that does not occur often.
