Norwalk Store is very customer service friendly. Associates go out of their way (outside their departments) to help a customer.

Ive been coming to this store for over 20 years. It has always been and continues to be a store that is clean, organized, fully stocked. The staff has always been and continues to be friendly and helpful. The items carried in this store are always items that people look to buy for their homes or projects around the home.

Items are easy to find. Every employee knows location of items being sought. A warm and comfortable atmosphere exits and if customer appears to be searching, a store employee always approaches to assist. Laverne at customer service desk can always be counted on to assist or summon staff for assistance. I continue to always patronize this particular store and appreciate how upper management selects the best staff!

Parking is a bit of a pain, but not more than any other store on CT Ave. Good product selection, friendly staff...

Great place to shop.

Donna, Monique and Daniel were very helpful and went out of their way to make my checkout as smooth as possible. I had over $5,000 worth of materials and checkout was extremely stressful especially since I had alot of flooring and drywall and About 10 carts filled with other materials. They helped me and my workers keep track of all my things and were very pleasant and patient.

This store is great as they have so many products and the salespeople know their departments. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I recently had a list of vaguely described items from my electrician. I thought I would be in the store for hours reading boxes and looking things up online. Tony in the Electrical Department came over to me and asked if he could help. He looked over the list, patiently asked me questions and walked around with me until I had everything I needed. With his help, it took all of 10 minutes and the electrician had exactly what he needed. I think Home Depot is better than other similar stores. And this is the best of all the Home Depots in my area.

cashier was helpful and friendly

My wife & I stopped on our way to Costco. There were lots of clerks on shift, but many of them were busy chatting on their cell phones. One 'kid' actually seemed annoyed that I required assistance to open a giant bundle of fiberglass insulation because I only required a single roll. The bundles are wrapped in compression film to fit on a pallet, but are typically opened for customers who are not building an entire house. The clerk was in such a hurry, that he sliced open the *WRONG* bundle before I finished speaking then walked away returning to the phone which he had pocketed when I inconvenienced him for assistance. He had been near the cement blocks, sitting doing nothing but talking when I originally approached him.

I couldn’t have been more happy with the workers in the store and in the parking lot. I received so much help, immediately.

Ms. Julia is an awesome cashier and was always willing to help me find out what tasks I needed to complete and where I needed to go to fulfill those tasks. I couldn't ever ask for a better cashier than her.

This is a store that has a huge selection of items, and associates who are willing to help you. Sometimes it is difficult to find one available, but when you find them they are very helpful. One thing I don't like about these big stores is the parking lot, with all sorts of carts roaming around, waiting to strike your vehicle! But that, dear readers, depends on you!!! Bring that darn cart back where you found it, instead of pushing it away from YOUR vehicle, and ONTO SOMEBODY ELSE'S! There is no excuse for leaving those things around. And if you see somebody do that, say something! Car repairs are expensive, and I WILL call you out and have YOUR insurance pay if I see you cause damage. Besides that, the store is well organized and there are many valuable options.

The associates at the Norwalk Home Depot customer service desk are always very polite and helpful, especially Moya, Lavern, and Marlene. Whether returning or locating merchandise or truck/van rental, they are always efficient.

Great store, with the kind of personal attention you'd expect from a much smaller store. My go-to source for just about anything house-related. You need it, they've got it.

I attended an exceptional lighting installation workshop today, conducted by Jim an electrician in lighting. He not only talked about lighting installation but also any electrical question we had. I hope to attend more workshops in the months to come as this one in lighting workshop was fantastic.

I came in to buy 25 bags of mulch advertised on sale. You were out of them and your Department Supervisor, substituted a comparable product. Then, he personally loaded all 25 water-logged HEAVY bags into my suv. It's because of employees like Antonio that I shop at Home Depot.
