Home Depot is one of my favorite places to shop & get ideas for other projects. This Roswell store is always very neat & clean. The sales people are very friendly, helpful & always seem to have the time to help me find what I need or suggest ideas & ways of working out whatever I am trying to build or decorate. The selection of items is really great & abundant. The store is very well lit so that I can see the details in the products. The store always has great sales & beautiful displays.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find.

Racism is still alive in Roswell, GA. They are still living in the 1800'.....

This truly is a great store. The staff is quite knowledgeable and friendly. I also found that this store has a better selection than some of the stores I have visited.

Consistent excellent service. Always clean and well stocked. The Combat Wounded Purple Heart parking spaces are an excellent idea. Something special for special people. The bulletin board with the employees photos who are veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces and their respective branches of service is a great idea. Not a hollow expression. More Home Depot stores should follow your lead. Bravo Zulu.

Terrible customer service desk. Told me they didn't carry an item anymore. Not only was it on the internet, it was in stock. Person had no interest in my customer experience whatsoever.

LOVE this store! Patrick in Lumber is a great help! Helped me cut a few pieces of plywood on two different days and it came out perfectly! That's a huge help, even though it takes away from there other tasks... it really is appreciated! Thanks Patrick!

This is one of the best locations of Home Depot. Great people and store is always clean and well stocked.

On a number of occasions I've received outstanding service from various team members. The store seems fairly well stocked but the main thing is the personnel who are extremely helpful.

Dee made multiple attempts to perfectly match my small sample I brought to her. When it wasn't just right, she kept trying. She matched it perfectly and I am so pleased.

Dee on the paint desk was so very helpful in finding just the right tint and shade for my staining project. Thanks for all the help and your patience.

This particular home depot is one of the best. Garden area is thriving with new items and in store employees are helpful and always willing to assist.

Mark, in the garden department, is rude and unhelpful to the customers. I wish Home Depot would adopt Chick-fil-a's policy of " It's my pleasure" to serve the customers!!

Good service and adequate stock, reasonable prices. However, the material loading dock is consistently filled with parked trucks and cars making it difficult to load your purchased material.

I find employees such as Meg and Bob to be exceptional in providing 100% customer satisfaction....they and others are a credit to this store.

Worst experience I ever had at Home Depot. There was not one single Home Depot employee in the Garden Department when I went there yesterday. I went into the main store and walked up and down the aisles looking for a employee. Do you call this customer service?

04/06/2017 I can't tell you how pleased I was to have gone into the store today and have an issue with the EveryDrop filters resolved from Tom B. I have dealt with Tom a few different times when I have used this store looking for products and he has always rocked. Tom offered a solution for the EveryDrop filter that was defective and EveryDrop would not replace. This is a very disappointing company and if Home Depot could find another vendor to use I would highly suggest. After discussing the issue with Tom, he offered a win win solution to fix the problem. Thank you Tom, M

This is a very nice store. The employees are always nice and helpful. The store is clean. They have the best paint department!!

Had such a fantastic experience when looking for a materials for my back yard. The sales associate and manager were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was deliberating over which version of RoundUp weed killer to get (they all cost a fortune) when sales associate, Joe Cunningham, pointed me to a brand that doesn't have the RoundUp reputation but is just as effective. He knew the active ingredient to look for and which one had more. He saved me a ton of money and I was able to buy with confidence and get out of there. Then he walked me to the front of the store and checked me out. Just a great experience thanks to Joe.

Staff training is excellent, can't remember the last time someone walked me clear across the store to find what I needed. So far I've found three associates who have become my "go-to's" for plumbing, electrical and woodworking. I even know their hours so I know when I can drop by to talk to them before I start a project. Great store, been going there since it opened, no need to go anywhere else.
