Of all the Home Depot stores I visit, the store on route 9 in Old Bridge , NJ. is the one I like the best. I seem to get the right kind of help when I need it. Over a year ago working with Kim in the Kitchen design Dept.went very well for me. I was very pleased with the way my new Kitchen turned out. I seem to get the right help any time I am there. I give that store a 10!

the store was empty as alway easy to find all the items i was looking for when i went to different isles few associates asked me if i need assistance and they were very helpful

It makes all the difference when you visit Home Depot and the sales associate makes you top priority, answers all your questions and follows the sale all the way through. A lot of effort was put into the design of the kitchen cabinets and granite and which manufactures to use.

Easy in, easy out, products always in the same location no need to search a large store for simple items. All the employees you pass greet you with a smile. The store is always clean, well lit, and well organized.

Home Depot took back a high efficiency washer that we did not like at all. We then purchased a new "regular" machine. Everything was coordinated so that we did the return and delivery the same day (on a Saturday). We appreciate not being stuck with a "lemon", which was not cheap to begin with! The service in the appliance department by Brian and Lou was outstanding. We would highly recommend your store, as I think if we purchased the original machine elsewhere we would have been stuck with it!
