Associates were very helpful. They quickly came to my assistance and helped loaded sheets of drywall onto my cart and into my car. Cashier suggested that I apply for a commercial Home Depot card, and it was approved in a matter of 5 minutes. On the downside, there are too many vagrants hanging out in the parking lot, milling around the side and back of the building. The storage sheds on display in the parking lot reeked of urine, were full of food wrappers and debris, indicating that vagrants were living in them after store hours. Vagrants approached my wife in the lot and asked her for money, making her feel very uncomfortable.

As I said above,the Oroville store has real friendly clerks and are right there to offer assistance to help you find what ever it is your needing,being paint,lumber or whatever. As a women,lots of time I have needed to find something I really didn't know that much about,but there is always a clerk more then willing to help me find it,and they do. Thankyou so much for putting a home depot in my town,I have lived here in Oroville for 65 years and I sure appreciate this store.

We needed a topsoil or potting mix to transplant a few Maple trees into larger containers until we knew where we want them. Not only did we receive very knowledgeable assistance, but the young man even helped by putting the three bags of soil and a large bag of river rocks into the cart, saving this old man's back, he even put them into the van for us (would that he lived next door).

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because no one likes spending money! Other that that, in my opinion, Oroville has the best Home Depot. I've shopped in your Chico, Yuba City and Oroville stores and I find the associates always cheerful and knowledgeable here in hometown Home Depot.

Purchased a small storage unit on line. Scheduled for store pick up to save the shipping costs. Item was ready when promised, and all the personnel who assisted us were professional and quick.

The staff was willing to give the extra in assisting myself in cutting needed material so as it would fit into my vehicle for transportation

This trip was for just a few clay pots--what I needed at a fair price.

This store always saves me money. The associate physically showed me other alternatives to the items I needed.

Being a recent widow, I need to relay on people to help me with repairs,and the Home Depot Associates have been wonderful. Recently had to re -shingle my garage and the associates were willing to help with getting the right amount of product , advising on gutters, etc. and getting the prices.Even though I had a very knowledgeable person with me.. every associate that came passed us offered help. It was nice to see that customer service is alive and well at Home Depot.

I own a old home and have been slowly remodeling it. As such I shop at Home Depot multiple times a month, if not the week or day depending on the project. Every time I have had a great experience while shopping and have found value with the associates knowledge.

This Oroville Home Depot is very organized, friendly employees, and always get checked out quickly. I would say 99% of the time, when we need help, there is someone to help us, and they know their STUFF.

As a woman doing home repairs and various projects it was great to work with associates that help you get off to a good start. I don't always know the easiest way to do a project but I can count on a few associates in this store to guide me in the right direction.

I needed window blinds in a hurry as I was travelling. I called the store gave the associate the measurements for the blinds. I arrived 45 mins later and the blinds were ready and cut correctly. I returned home and all the hardware was in the box. The store cashier saved me 25.00 by applying for a credit card took about 5 mins. good experience
