The Home Depot flooring specialist was very helpful, showing us the best flooring for a DIY project.

Angie Lindsey / Appliance Specialist was very friendly and helpful with assisting me to choose between two brands of kitchen appliances I was interested it purchasing. I purchased the four piece kitchen package with the best options. Added bonus was the 24 months interest free.

I'm not in this store often, but when I am Jennifer at the Pro register is always cordial, smiling, and professional, a real bright spot in the store.

Three store associates made my day on a busy Saturday. Ben, Todd and Dee were exceptional, professional and the friendliest people that I felt as if I was the only perso in the store as I shopped for a Weber Grill. Thank you, I will be back to shop and say "hello!"

The only registers open were self checkout. 3 of the 4 had something wrong with it. One would only take cash, one would only take credit, one was down altogether. A multi billion dollar company and this is how it operates? The guy at returns decided he wanted to argue as to why I couldn't get cash back with a receipt that I paid with on a debit card. I finally just took a store credit so I could replace the light bulbs that instead of being bright white looked yellow. Well when I finalized my transaction at self check out I stood there looking ignorant because someone had to verify my ID because I decided to take the store credit instead of cash. The self checkout cashier wasn't paying attention so I finally had to ask him what I needed to do to finish my transaction. He said oh sorry. Overall bad experience today!

I was extremely impressed with Eddie at the Customer Service desk. He spent about an hour with me, checking on inventory and going over delivery the procedure.The Customer Service desk was very busy at the time; there were many people in line and the phone was constantly ringing, but he managed to assist everyone in a reasonable amount of time. Eddie was very professional and kind; he really seemed to care about the customers, and insured that their issues (exchanges, orders, etc.) were completed to their satisfaction. I would definitely go there to shop again. The store is neat and clean, and the display area for grills and patio furniture is much nicer than the other two Home Depots that I visited on the same day.

If you go to this Home Depot find Christian he is by far one of the best employees of any Home Depot we have ever been too!

I purchase paint from this home depot and Frank is probably the best employee there. Always in a friendly mood and smiling. Need to know where something is other than paint, just ask Frank. The store is neat and clean and the service is much better than it used to be. I recommend shopping at this Home Depot.

this is one of the best home depots in florida

I normally try to avoid shopping on the weekends due to the increased number of customers in the store, however today I was pleased to find additional clerks available to accommodate the elevated number of customers in the store. And the employee I spoke with was very knowledgeable of the products in their department (Gardening)..
