I always have a positive experience at the Owensboro store, and this my preferred home improvement store. The employees always ask if you need help, 3-5 employees generally ask if you need help before you reach the department you are seeking. The employees are friendly, and appear to be happy to be employed there. The store is always clean.

The store was clean and the associates was very helpful when showing the appliance to us.

GREAT SELECTION OF TOOLS AND TOOL ACCESSORIES.

The associates are always willing to share their expertise. If they don't know the answer they know someone who does!

Over all for a small store, we had a very good exsperiance while shopping Home Depot in Owensboro, KY. They had most of what we needed, all except on faucet which we will stop by later and pick up the other one when it comes in. Our house is under construction, and of course we couldn’t buy everything we needed, due to being on a budget. The items we bought were not on sale and that was an ouch but they made it up a bit with the military discount which we have not had before in a few other states we have lived in. That and the nice products we choose alone will get us back in the door.

The Owensboro Home Depot works hard at customer service and the associates are always very helpful, and if they are not sure about something they are quick to summons another team member who has more experience in that area to help answer your questions. The other home improvement stores in the area most of the time you have to chase people down to ask them questions and then they are in a hurry to get away from you. I know these stores are big, but not everyone is a general contractor and the average "Joe" may need to have more time and questions answered to make a good decision. Thank you Owensboro Home Depot for your attention to customer service.

Anytime I come into this store the employees are always willing to help or just make your shopping experience pleasant. I never have to go out of my way to find someone to help me. These employees are friendly and knowledge but most important they are present and there to assist you.

The employees are so helpful every time we go to the Home Depot. They rate way up on a scale against competitors in our area. Building a home is hard enough to do but they make it simple and are a big help. Thank you.

The employees in their departments are very knowledgable and very helpful. Not only do they listen to what you are planning also provide you with suggestions and ideas. They are also able to educate you with the knowledge they have on the products in the store.

Doing a little remodel on a house and have bought several items. Assistance at each department. From purchases to returns always helpful. I found the Owensboro store a place I like to shop.

I shop Home Depot because there is always someone there to help and they seem very knowledgeable. So many big box stores you may wander around and not find anyone willing to help. Home Depot always has someone there to help and give advice if needed.
