Go see Bob at The Home Depot in Palm Springs and let him know how great he is!! He deserves it. He's a great person and went above and beyond for me when I was driving all over the desert when all I needed to do was go to this store (only 5 minutes from my home!) and he's just great. All the employees I interacted with were great, but I had called this store before driving there and talked to Bob on the phone, and then met him in person and it was just one of those moments that you are thankful for people who make life better. This is a great store and has great employees.

never ever enough people around to help you often "wait in line" while one lonely employee is helping 3 people. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF EMPLOYEES...but management to cheap to hire more or have managers rotate more or have the employees working in the only sit down location for carpeting/floors etc. walk around when they are not busy WHEN THERE IS MORE THAN ONE WORKING, often when you visit store they are just sitting there.

The only issue I have with the store is how the contractors are parking close to the building. There seem to always be more people parked than there are actually parking spots and there are usually a few trucks sticking out onto the area of the traffic flow in the parking lot. I'm waiting for someone to dart out between these trucks. I think this is a safety issue that needs to be addressed.

While shopping here I feel like some of the employees would look at me from a far but never once was I asked if I needed any help. It's very weird. And sad

The store have woderful employees especially 2 young people Alex and Jose really hard working young people so kind and helpful my respect for them

I love visiting the garden department of the Home Depot because they have an excellent selection of plants in beautiful healthy condition, and I always find something for my patio.

Being a Contractor I shop multiple Home Depot locations. I feel that The Palm Springs Home Depot is by far the highest in professionalism and cleanliness. The staff are very well rounded and are eager to work with you. I am proud to say that The Palm Springs Home Depot is my Home based store.

Let's admit if I find myself at home depot: I either have a home project in progress or a job to fulfill, so all in all life is good! But it'd be a whole lot more if when I walk in to a Home depot store I could have a personal assistant shopper that walked with me till I had my whole list in shopping cart. Save me tons of time lots of time

The selection of products repeatedly seems to be greater here and has a better up-to-date options on products. And every time we needed help in tracking down a product/s, the associates have always been extremely helpful. We have rarely had a problem of an item not being in stock, but when we have had to order it/them, H.D. has been very prompt at getting it in. And on the few occasions where something just wan't quite right with the product/s, we have never had a problem returning it/them for a replacement or a different product. Will continue to give them our business!

Great shopping experience. Items on sale were in great supply, two employees assisted me in locating items and several checkout registers were staffed. I was greatly pleased here in relation to my experiences at their similar competitor.....

Joel in the door department was very nice and helpful and courteous - usually I get good service at this store, but Joel was exceptional

came in to the home depot for the simplest product.As i entered i notice Hector was full of work.I had asked him where can i find what i was looking for.he stopped what he was doing and took the time to help me.

Home Depot went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. Very pleased with Home Depot and I will continue to shop at Home Depot.

Of all the Home Depot stores I have been in, this one by far has the most competent work force, the best customer service, and best stocked store of them all. I love the friendly strong core of employees there are professional, kind and mature. Thank you guys and gals for everything!!

The security guard made me feel uncomfortable, I don’t enjoy being watched while I shop for a simple extension cord. I will not be returning to this store, I’ll stick to the Rancho Mirage location.

Terrible customer service by the return desk. The lady I dealt with lost my receipt 5 times and blamed me for losing it and then found it in her pocket. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with anyone

Ken was the employee that helped me with my purchase. He was knowledgeable of the product and required regulations. However, there were a couple of people the interrupted my purchase process. He apologized for the interruption. Overall Ken was patient, professional, and kind.
