First of all my cashier Janet was very rude and acted like we were bothering her by getting rang up. Then we pay for all of our items and asked her several times if the materials were going to be pulled by the time we got back she said yes and she never told them to pull them so we had to wait longer. Then she was rolling her eyes at customers and talking under her breathe I thought it was very rude and unprofessional. May want to advise Janet that picking your teeth while waiting on a customer is disgusting and unsanitary. Very dissatisfied and I hope she gets some kind of write up for her horrible behavior.

I was impressed at the knowledge and helpfulness of the employees here to assist me on the correct appliances to buy for our new home. Incredibly helpful and patient! Thank you for making our transition easy as we moved all the way from OH to FL!!! :)

Despite some very confusing delivery dates (called, delivered while we were out of the country) and a tiny bit snooty agent, we finally began the process of installing flooring. Denny and Chris, contractors with Don Anderson, Inc., were spectacular! The men were Professional, detail oriented, ontime, pleasant, and extremely experienced. We are so overwhelmed by the results that could not have been done better! Truly remarkable installers!

Help non existent, Rude, and stocking Isles and shelves while trying to shop. Seems that their job is more important than the customers who are paying their wages indirectly. What is wrong with stocking shelves at night? Garden Center is a Management Disgrace when they allowed an Employee, using a leaf blower inside the store to blow, dirt, insecticide and plant debris all over me and in my face. Prices were missing on plants and Helpful Employees were not to be found.

Great store with VERY helpful staff. Employees are always available and friendly. Prices are competitive and self checkout is a breeze.

I was having a hard time deciding on counter tops for my kitchen. I was educated on the difference between the materials. I settled on Quartz. The young man had a handlebar mustache and was very sweet and patience and explained everything. He gave me 2 small sample to bring home and told me to bring the design fo my kitchen the next day. I did and wrote on it my selection the lady that waited on me was very sweet and patient also. She had some kind of physical problem but took all the information that would be needed. I felt very well taken care of and that she would give it to the right person. Later that morning Teresa called me and I ended up buying my counter.

No employees to help you and not one cash register open.

The best part of this store while shopping in Garden Section is that there is shade over the area from trees. in NSB and Oviedo i tend to not buy or shop and take my time because it is too hot to be in there garden sections. Providing some shade or have the complex have some trees will definitely provide you with more sales. bill ewasko very happy Home Depot Customer!!

The store was busy on Sunday afternoon, but the man that helped me took the time to listen to my problem and find the item I needed to fix it.

Judy in Kitchen Cabinets was very helpful in setting us up for a Water Heater Purchase & Installation even though this was not her department. The installation went well, the technician, Chris, who installed the water heater was very prompt and courteous. Thank you again, Home Depot.

From the moment we walked into the store, everyone was friendly, helpful . We definitely recommend Home Depot. Products are quality and staff is on the ball .

I went in needing a washing machine. I didn't really have the money to buy one but my old one died and I didn't have a choice. The saleswoman approached me and asked if I needed any help. I explained my dilemma to her and she was extremely helpful. i told her that I needed the best value for that I needed the best value for the money and she didn't try to sell me on the most expensive ones. She showed me a Maytag set that was on sale and had great reviews. This is what I ended up purchasing and went ahead and bought the dryer too since my current set is 18 years old. They will be delivered Friday and I can't wait! I used my Home Depot credit card which gets me 6 months with 0% financing. Good deal all around!

Friendly and helpful associates that go out of their way to help customers.

Always great customer service. No matter who you ask, even if it is not the department they are in, the associate will take you to the correct aisle & show you the product. If they are helping someone else, they will tell you it will be a minute or call someone else to help. Pleasant help with a smile.

I purchased an incorrect product. When I came to return it the process was not only quick and easy, but Leia assisted me with finding the product I needed.

You never have to look very far to receive assistance in the Port Orange location. Every employee I passed said hello and smiled. It is truly a pleasure to shop there and they seem to maintain old school values of customer service.

I love shopping at home depot. I've yet to have a bad experience. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable as well as great products. I'd recommend home depot to anyone!

This store as of late seems to always have an abundance of associates around to help with questions and it's easier to visit the store, make your purchase and be out in a reasonable time.

I like the garden center at Home Depot. It's prices are reasonable. I am forced to go to the competition because they offer a 5 % discount automatically when I use my charge card. Home Depot used to offer that if we asked for it at time of purchase, but they have since stopped that practice. How come? Home Depot is not offering any type of 'rewards' or discounts with the ownership of the charge card. I don't use the home depot card much anymore. I use a visa that is offering rewards. People are searching for ways to save themselves money. Get with the program Home Depot.
