We were coming through Reno on a trip to Boise and I had been looking for a specific Christmas décor item, which other stores were out of, so we stopped here. Barbara helped us find what I was looking for and went to the extra effort to locate more in back and then packed them back in the original packaging since they were breakable. She was very friendly and helpful and went the extra distance to make sure we got home to California with the items intact. So thank you Barbara.....

I was shopping and needed to find an Item I was looking for and an associate was close, so I asked him where I could find armour all leather cleaner. My associate took me to the isle looked and didn't see it but, recommended another product, I decided not to buy it and then he suggested I go to pep boys for what I was looking for. I really appreciated his concern for me finding what I needed. At check out I was having a little trouble using my card and my associate helped me through it and I was out the door quickly. I do not know the names of my associates but, they were very helpful in creating a great shopping experience at Home Depot!

Your store is so big. Hard to know where to find anything, but thankful your Cashiers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Were able to tell me exactly where you guys kept the Snow shovels & Ice melt for my driveway without me having to go on a friggin' scavenger hunt (like most stores I visit).

Not knowing exactly what I wanted when I arrived the employees took the time to listen to my needs and direct me to the products I needed. Great folks to work with.

My husband and I are trying to revamp our old home before we get to old to do it.... We started with the buying all of the roofing materials and had it delivered to our home 90 miles away. Next we bought 60 bags of insulation and found a good buy on beautiful tile to redo our outdated bathroom. We also had that delivered. Both times we had help with our purchases from the builders pro-desk. They helped us with buying the correct amounts for each job based on our measurements we provided to them. It came out very close and had no problem returning the few items we didn't use. We will be going back tomorrow for more bathroom supplies including plywood to repair worn out flooring and check out a new bath vanity. We enjoy going there because everyone is so nice and helpful. They make us feel welcome.

I came into the Home Depot store located on S. Virginia St. with a ton of product questions. And one of the cashiers named Phillip was so kind and helpful to me. Made my shopping experience a truly great one! Took the time to answer all my questions and helped point me in the right direction to find everything I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone to shop in, and would especially recommend this store associate Phillip for a promotion!!!!!!!!

The store is well laid out- I have no problems getting a cashier or help in an aisle. The service desk associates are especially friendly. My only complaint is that the parking be larger for professionals like at other stores.

I completed my shopping online for same day pickup in the store. The associate had my items ready to go complete with cart to carry my items to the truck. The in-store process took less than 5 mins and I was ready to go.

The people that work here are awesome and are so helpful. The cashiers are the best and the front end manager michaela works hard to make her customers happy.

I needed several things. An associate looked at my list and guided me through the store, so I would not back track looking for many things. She was very knowledgeable and helped me make decisions and introduced me to new products. She was very friendly.

Went to the Home Depot to get some roofing materials. The Sales associate was helpful and friendly and ensured I was able to find the itrms I needed. Check out was quick and i was in and out in 20 minutes. Friendly atmosphere and friendly folks. Will shop there again.

We received very helpful information in the door department when shopping for French patio doors. While picking up supplies for a hoop house for the vegetable garden, the associate in the plumbing department was of great help and very nice. And to end our experience, we had one of the nicest cashiers we've ever experienced while shopping at HD. Overall we left the store smiling and ready to tackle our home projects.

It took me 45 minutes to finally get someone that was able to help me in the plumbing section after I had asked another employee 4 times to page someone AND after running after 2 other employees walking by to see if they knew about plumbing. I have had successes in getting assistance before from Home Depot but today was by far the worst.

I love going to Home Depot but today there was no one there to even offer any help and usually there are at least three or four that offer help.

A comfortable store. I like shopping in all the Reno area stores but the original Reno store will always be my favorite, sentimental reasons. Associates available, friendly and always helpful. Stores are well organized.

I wish I would have got his name. I was asked if I needed assistance. When i told the employee what I was looking for (in this case a bathroom fan replacement) he knew exactly what i was talking about and directed me right to it.

I needed a new garbage disposal, I accidentally ground up a ceramic cup in the old one and it decided to stop working! Checked online to make sure the model I needed was available instore, it was. When I arrived at the store I asked an associate to help me find it and rather than direct me she walked me over to the product. Lots of inventory, easy checkout, what more can I ask for? I also watched a Home Depot video online to help me troubleshoot my broken disposal and install my new disposal. Overall a pleasant experience for a Sunday morning repair.
