Well maintained, good stock, geat help

The store usually has what I need. It is clean and pretty well organised given that it is one of the smaller Home Depot stores in our area. The amount of stock available makes it unnecessary for me to drive further away from home. Sales staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products I have needed. Home Depot is one of the only stores that still stocks plant lights, something I use for my indoor garden corner. I always know where to find them and all the other lighting products I need and Harry is always my "electrical angel."

Great store!

The people at the store are very nice, but the management is lacking as they don't carry even one sample of some of their signature flooring products exclusive to Home Depot. In addition, their installation folks are not knowledgeable about their products and as a consumer, I have more insight into the installation of their flooring materials that I asked them to install for me. The communication between the people who go out to the home and actually perform the quotes is lacking dramatically. If you are looking for flooring options, I suggest skipping their install services as it is a lesson in futility. I am truly unsure how incompetence can reign in this type of an environment when competition s so fierce and there are so many reputable contractors out there. The employees in flooring department notable Anddy N. is awesome, but the estimators in Texas and communication with measuring group has a lot to be desired.....

Overall the store is average. Most employees are helpful. You have long time employees such as Joel Davis which is a treasure to the store. He is always great to see and has a big smile on his face for everyone. Some of the longer-term employees in plumbing are grumpy and comes across as not very approachable. Adding new employees to that department like Akram Abdelwahed is much needed. If HD offers a service such as cutting pipes and wires, then the employees should not come across as if it is an inconvenience.

Store needs more staff on the floor; staff always polite and helpful once you find one

I often drive further to Lowe's because the shopping experience at Home Depot stores is so frustrating and unpleasant. I would like to help you improve your customer service by being a secret shopper or taking surveys at the door. This method of feedback is cumbersome and you are missing valuable information to help you improve.

Thank you for hiring more staff! We are in this store quite often and have encouraged our townhouse HOA to purchase the required lightening and paint from Home Depot!!!

Shout out to: Harry and Alim. These employees went beyond expectations in assisting and directing us to the product aisle, checking inventory and making sure the product we 'wanted' is the best/appropriate product for the job. These guys are good!

We frequently go to this location for project supplies. After completing a DIY remodeling project, I had a large number of unused items to return. The associate at the returns desk, Lathius Martin, was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. He was very careful and thorough, and as a result I received refunds or store credit for all of the returned items.

They have everything you need for your home and will find the specific item at the right price to your complete satisfaction.

consistently get excellent help from all staff. went in for memorial day special on deck restore paint. got great tips on how to use and apply product, applying for rebate and quick/automatic help in loading 2 heavy 5 gallon buckets into my care. friendly and always good. my go-to home improvement store that is well-stocked and always helpful.

Reston HomeDepot is the best!!!

I just purchased a refrigerator at the Reston Home Depot. Good price; faster delivery than other places. The store employees are always helpful, friendly and courteous. Their customer service has improved tremendously from what it was years ago. I can always find someone to help me, and they are knowledgeable and patient.

All the sales associates are friendly and professional. Things are easy to find. Overall shopping experience was excellent.

Even though the store is nice and employees are friendly, I do not recommend to shop this Reston Store. My check out experience was horrible. The store needs to trained cashiers to do customer service. I paid by check and the cashier had a horrible attitude. I understand that now days we do cards but how about if you have lost your cards?

I went to Home Depot to buy a refrigerator. After researching refrigerators on-line and comparing models and prices, Home Depot became the obvious choice. I had the options narrowed to three models. While Home Depot only had two of the three models on the floor, the associate, Richard, went well above the expected norm and spend a lot of time detailing the differences, and showed us comparable models without trying to strong-arm us into a model in which we were not initially interested. Truly a great experience.

Excellent Home Depot. Location is very convenient to other stores, to the highway, to good restaurants. The employees of this store go out of their way to be helpful.
