This is the only Home Depot store I go to since I live in Reston, very close & convenient. Everyone in the store is very helpful and always there with a smile. I always find what I came for !

Friendly employees and clean store

I am new to the area, I had a wonderful experience today at the Reston branch. I found all I was looking for, the prices were better than I expected and the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, made my visit pleasant and easy.

I was shopping for several items. Two of them had be relocated to a different location from where they had been previously located. An employee helped as he knew exactly where they had been moved to. I bought both. Two more small items were in the same place as usual but could not be seen because they were pushed to the back of the peg and were hidden by items on each side.. Another employee easily found them for me. I bought both. All-in-all this was another successful trip to Home Depot.

The team at the Reston Home Depot are exceptionally nice, whenever corporate is conducting customer service sweeps. Otherwise, they pretty much ignore you. I am almost never approached and offered help finding a product or putting together a needed solution. The hardware isle is abysmally mixed up with items intermixed into neighboring sizes. You have to be careful to ensure you're buying the right size hardware. Managers are almost never seen on the floor, if you do need help the pro desk or customer service my page someone to a department, but no guarantee they will actually show up. I've waited more than 20 minutes, ended up solving the situation myself, and left the department before anyone ever came to help. I will say that the cashiers tend to be very friendly, welcoming, and grateful for your business. I have never had an issue checking out, and lines are well managed and kept short.

Store staff makes it a pleasant visit. Anytime I needed assistance they were were so willing and took the extra time to ensure I was directed to the right place for the items I needed. It’s just so nice to shop at this Home Depot where all staff members make you feel welcome.

Great shopping experience as everything is easily accessible and easily locatable in well-marked aisles. Awesome customer service as well. Thank you very much!

This particular store seems roomier and yet completely stocked at the same time. I felt very relaxed shopping there for the first time and although it is laid out completely different than my regular Home Depot, I was able to locate all of my items easily. When I went to the checkout counter, Tiwanna immediately greeted me and led me to her terminal. She was extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. She politely asked me to consider filling out the survey with a chance to win a $5000.00 gift card and then wished me a good rest of the day.

We love our Reston, VA Home Depot! This store is always stocked and if you can't find something the workers are always friendly and willing to help out! Some of the store's best workers are in the gardening department, they have great suggestions and always go the extra mile to help you carry items to your car (especially the propane tanks). We wouldn't go anywhere else for all of our home needs!!

Why doesn't Home Depot state the date of the sweepstakes drawing on the survey?

Store is very organized, easy to navigate. Friendly Staff, who are always willing to go extra mile to help.

Cash register person, Mr singh, was very helpful & was checking us out super fast and was very professional.

This a a small inferior location. The inventory system is inaccurate. Online orders are partially or entirelly canceled. When shopping in person, stuff is missing. Employees show several units in stock that are nowhere to be found. Trying to buy here is a waste of time. Go to any other nearby location for a better experience. Fairfax is much better.

Good Customer services. Very responsive people on flooring. Team loaders very helpful ! even alert while picking up empty carts ofd parking lot.! You don't see that very ofter on other Home Depots

Cashier 'Oto' was very helpful, polite and offered to assistance me for check out.

The associate at the desk for Windows and Blinds, Adam and his manager were very helpful. I had a great experience and feel in safe hands when I place my order for the window blinds with installation.

I wish it was more organized. Often things are out of stock, most recently in the cabinet door hardware section and plumbing sections. Items were loose from their packaging and bins were empty.

Very easy and pleasant experience.
