I have live in the states most of my adult life,and have shop at The Home Depot hundreds of times. I have to admit I was totally impressed by the service I received by the employees of this store. They were extremely courteous and professional. PUERTO RICO DOES IT BETTER!!

I was not satisfied with the service given by the customer service associate. Thank God you have people (associates) like Zoraida. She went out of her way to help me find the item I was looking for.

The store's location is super convenient. BUT, please update the lamps variety. Please. And, water the orchids and other plants. They suffer in the heat, and thus, are not good options to buy.

I love this store i go there 2 to 3 times a month or more, and always find what i need for my projects and sometimes for new one wen y check the new materials they bring.

The Rexville store nicely kept. Great employess who greet you and are very knowledgeable.

Clean and neat store. Customers services is not the best that I had experience in other stores but that can change with better leadership from the higher shed and more supervisors. Other than this the store is great because it's location and prices and very well stock.

great store BUT when making a merchandise purchase with a promise of next day delivery ,check that merchandise is available not only in store but on the island ,had to wait 8 days to receive items that were on floor on sale with a false promise...you can do better !

I enjoy this store very much because you feel so at home in this store. You always find what you need, the employees are so patient with you, and they really help you. The woman in plumbing is excellent..she really knows her job ( the one that has many cats) even men who aren't sure what they're looking for are helped by her knowledge in this field. The young man in tiles...I should say the three that work there are very efficient .

I went to the store today afternoon between 5 - 6:45pm. Store was clean, friendly cashier so kind that made my visit a special one. Store need better end cap products. Where is the Home Depot 1-2-3 books, I did not see it in long time. Thanks Luis
