I appreciate being able to find an employee who could help me.

Poor customer service. Had to call customer service on my cell phone, from the Door Dept. to try & get help, after waiting well over 15 min She blamed the cleaning guy for my wait after he was nice enough to page for help twice with no answer. 4 staff walked by me as I was hanging and waiting for help. No one stopped.

Staff almost always very helpful. Store has what we want 98% of the time and is willing to order it if not.

The store is easily navigated, clean, products in stock, and assistance is always a step away. Very knowledgeable associates! This is my go to Home Depot...

This is a great store. It's a little farther than the competitor but worth the trip. I would highly recommend this store!

Store had knowledgeable and friendly staff EVERYWHERE- I was repeated greeted and taken directly to desired items. Staff pulled items from the shelf for me! Parking was easy and close. This store is not closest for me - but had a desired/in stock item so I made the trip/paid the bridge toll. Pleasantly surprised. Clean, including in the garden area - even had a superior Italian sausage vendor outside vs. just the normal hotdog stand. Staff were really exceptional and tons of them everywhere - I never write reviews so you can tell I was wowed by the entire experience.

The best thing to happen to south Cape Coral the store is always neat and clean ,and help is always there if you need it. Thanks Mr Lampasone

The Home Depot Store located on Skyline Blvd in Cape Coral is first rate. There employees are helpful and knowledgeable and go out of there way to assist. We are remodeling a home we recently purchased in Cape Coral and have visited the store many times with very positive results. Just last week we purchased all of our appliances. I was actually worried about the time it would take and whether we would have some one assist us. The process was fast, the salesperson extremely knowledgeable and we were very satisfied that we make good decisions and got the appliances we wanted at a GREAT price.

Thank you Jessica (flooring?) You were amazing on a stressful “computer down “ day Helped me complete my order with a smile (gas grill to be delivered!! ) You are a valuable Home Depot employee. I hope you are appreciated and get a raise !! Thank you !

Great store with really helpful employees...

It was a pleasure shopping at Home Depot #6975. The departments were easily found because they were identified with large signs. Products were easily found. Associates were very helpful. The store was clean.

Same ole situation here as all the other Home Depots and Lowes. They have effective eliminated the completion so now there is no need to supply quality in store service. The departments are understaffed, as well the check outs. Items on the shelves are in the wrong locations. The staff, that is found wondering the store, has little to no inclination to assist shoppers. You get the generic response of, not my section but I'll try to find some one. Well heck I've tried to find some one, now get some one.

I just wanted to Thank the employees of Home Depot for all the help and patience they had with the general public, when they didn't really deserve it. Everyone was worried about Irma hitting Cape Coral including the employees who lived there also and they still took the time to help, advise and show compassion to the impatient public. I appreciate more then you know your help during this stressful time.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

The staff at this store is great and I always get exceptional service. I've been coming here for years and have never had any problems with service, products, returns, etc. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful and the store is always clean and well organized.
