I greatly appreciate the availability of products that I need. I would say on an average I visit Home Depot 12 times a month. I greatly appreciate how they acknowledge Military Veterans, as for I am a Veteran. Also they give all Veteran's a 10% discount which is greatly appreciated.

I have been going to Home Depot for over 20 years. Many products are always available, great knowledgeable help with stores employees. No matter what I seem to need, Home Depot has the items 98% of the time stocked. This is a great no hassle, no frustration feeling. I will always continue to shop at Home Depot and recommend to everyone.

Enjoy shopping HD. Good selection, courteous employees clean atmosphere .

Took 20 minutes to wait for a sales associate to buy a washer

the store was clean and the items that I looking for is easy to find.

Went to purchase lumber. The quality of the lumber available was poor, so asked for an associate to bring down more lumber. First associate showed up 15 minutes later, and didn't know how to work the forklift, so they called for another associate. After waiting another 15 minutes, I eventually requested a supervisor. Supervisor showed up, and requested another associate to help, which took another 15 minutes. 45 minutes I finally was able to get the lumber I needed. This should have only been a 15 minute visit to the store. Completely unacceptable service.

I am disabled and can't lift very much weight. There was an employee at the entrance who immediately called for assistance for me (I was purchasing a lawn mower). Three employees helped me get it in a cart, roll it to the check out and assisted with getting it in my car. I was very happy with the service.

We chose a product for a project. The associate recommended a different product, explaining his reasons. He walked us around the store, away from his department too help us find the product he recommended.

I would like to say how much I appreciate the friendly people you have working at this store. They are very knowledgable as well.

I walk up to the product area and a associate walk right up to us and asked if I needed help introduced me to a great product with a great price.

Hida and Tami where very helpfull and friendly. They provided excellent customer service. I will be shopping here in the lawn and garden area again.

This store is always clean . All the employees are super nice and helpful and they always invite you back. I enjoy shopping here and I will continue to keep coming back. It has all the things I'm looking for. Thanks for a great experience.

**Associate was a joy to talk with as she helped me find all of the items I was looking for, and help load them on my cart. It was a hot day in Fresno, especially after loading paint, bricks, mortar and gloves. She then walked with me to the front of the store asking if there was anything else I was going to need and let me know your BBQ briquettes were on sale and then she offered me a cold bottle of water. **My cashier was so pleasant asking if I found everything all right and if I needed anything else. He verified the prices with me as they were rang up to ensure I was in agreement with the expected price. The bricks were cheaper then the cash register said, we discussed, associate verified the price, he made the correction all the while being very courteous. **It was a real pleasant shopping experience tonight with the two great associates helping me. The first associate help me load my car with the purchases. **Thank you associates.

On Sunday, 6/7/15 , I decided to go to Home Depot to purchase a new mailbox. I am 89 years old and was hoping to accomplish this without having to get help from my children. I recently had Home Depot install new gutters, so I went directly to the manager who had previously helped me and told him I now needed a new mailbox. He directed me to the mailboxes and after I selected one, I asked if he could recommend someone to install this new mailbox. He returned with an associate who accompanied me to my home and helped unload the newly purchased items into the garage. He then returned promptly the next morning, with everything he needed to install this mailbox. He did an excellent job and upon completion I got my checkbook to see what was owed him for the installation, and was told that there was NO Charge. He would not even accept a tip or money to buy lunch despite my attempts to pay him. I cant explain the gratitude I have to Home Depot for your excellent service. You made a daunting task for an 89 year old woman very easy.

This location always have associates that want to help. Store is always clean and tidy.

The store was very clean. The associate I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable.

My husband and I were very impressed with "Caesar" who is assigned to the "contractor's desk". He helped obtain the products we needed, ensured we received the best price possible, and made sure we received help loading the items we purchased. He took a considerable of amount of time to help us. He was very knowledgeable and we've never had an employee there that was interested in making sure we received everything we needed.

This store is always clean and the associates are very helpful. They are always kind and eager to help you if you have questions. It is never a problem.

The guy who helped me load my purchases in the cart, then said he would help me load my car. I checked out and he was no where in sight. So I went to my pickup to load it. Here came the guy in his car, pulled up next to me, and said he had to check out. Then he started loading everything in my truck and it was heavy too. I wish I would have gotten his name. Service like that needs to be passed on to the boss.

The store is clean, I got the help i need and the associate is very helpful.

This is my first choice for HD in the Central Valley and i would say my 3rd overall choice as i routinely shop HD in Florida, Hawaii & 5 counties in California id say 15 HD stores all in all on a regular basis The Human experience is the only difference here between this location and others. The store is cluster and not friendly atmosphere. No sell association to help and when you do, they alway in a hurry to get away.

My experience at home Depot was great, prices were competitive and service was outstanding

THE STORE IS REALLY ORGANIZE, AND THINGS WERE EASY TO FIND.

Any time I am at the Home Depot, which is almost weekly, I have found friendly staff, clean store, and prompt check outs. I also like the convience of shopping on line, and picking up the product in the store. I always receive a courtesy call when my product arrives.

Over all the prices are a great value. Help can be improved.

Very helpful staff and management! Would recommend this Home Depot to friends and family!
