I went back to this location after meeting Brion about a week, he assisted me with the purchase of two 24 inches of base cabinets along with a 4 ft butcher block counter top. I will go back to this location again for any project that I have in the future. There are several HDs that I've been to. South Philly HD and Brion Pizzi are the place and person for me.

Please continue to enforce professionalism and kindness. Smiles never hurt

Love shopping at home depot

Purchased items for kitchen remodel for investment property. Awaiting contact from Home Depot per my request : "please advise". Long time customer w/ consumer credit card. Awaiting response.

Store has consistently met my expectations. Store associates have always been their to answer my questions or direct me to the item I am looking for.

Go to Brian. Great knowledge of the appliances and features. He just makes the whole process easy. He is my go to.

Overall a good store, staff is typically friendly. Only complaint I have is it’s NEVER any staff available to cut something. Other than that, it’s great.

I need a little bit of Help and the one guy Mr. Lenny came over and helped me also came to the register to help me very knowledgeable. Very kind. I like this Home Depot because of the friendliness of the employees and they always have more than enough of the things that I need thank you

I love the curtains that I purchased for my home

I had a return with a receipt, debit card, and my ID. The cashier at return made it almost impossible to do a return and was not nice, unapologetic and argumentative.

Bad horrible service

Went to this HD the other night to pick up a couple of items. More employees than patrons in the store. While not openly hostile none evinced any evidence of interest in helping me, or had knowledge of what is stocked, or location of merchandise. The existence of a customer, let alone the experience of the customer, seemed to be of no interest whatsoever to any employee.

The best place to shopping and work.

We are a nonprofit organization that contracts with the city of Philadelphia to help Mayor Parker implement her initiative "for a cleaner, greener and safer Philadelphia " We have community residents who clean the streets and the business corridor in North Philadelphia. Home Depot hours and locations are very convenient and accessible so we can get the job done!

The delivery service did not unpack my refrigerator and told my wife he could not get it through the door with the big box but would not unpack the refrigerator so that it could go through the door pure laziness so we had to reschedule the delivery for a week because he wanted us to tear out walls when all he had to do was unpack the refrigerator outside and bring it through the door Cost us money and repairs for our house because he didn’t wanna unpack the refrigerator outside and bring it in

After a rocket start Home Depot and the employees I dealt with also the manager was outstanding but I’m not sure of her name I believe Sahara in window shades not only did she give us a great deal she made us a believer in Home Depot again I truly was not ever going back after the way I was treated but she her self restored all our confidence in making more purchases to finish our home $100000 $100k she was fabulous

Brion was really helpful in making recommendations. He guided me through the process and made sure I had all the right tools for the job. He was patient and took time to go over all my product options and thoroughly explained why certain ones were better for me.

For efficiency, I always check before I go to the Home Depot. I love ensuring the item is there before I go. I checked my item and they had 47 of them at my local Home Depot. Upon arrival I went straight to the Isle and Bay. I check and none of them were out. An employee checked with me and told me to go to Oregon Ave as they had 31 of the same item. My response was "Yes, but the system says you have 47 of them and you claim the real number is 0. Horrible!

THE PERSON IN THE HOME DEPARTMENT I DEALT WITH DID NOT WANT TO ANSWER QUESTIONS WILLINGLY. WHENEVER I ASKED HER SOMETHING SHE REPLIED WITH A SNAPPY ANSWER. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED.

Why have a self-checkout if you're not going to allow anyone to actually use the self-checkout. The assumption that I'm going to steal something is your problem, not my problem. But you make it my issue by preventing anyone from being able to checkout on their own, in a timely manner. Instead, we all have to wait for the 'cashiers' to ring up your purchase, while 10 self-serve kiosks remain unused. Incredibly inefficient.

I purchased paint, gutter maintenance materials & drywall repair essentials & am very happy with my purchase especially the money I've saved.

Matt and Seydou are the most helpful employees in the lumber/cutting table department.

I just love the Clearance items. 5 gallons of paint & primer mixed for $35.00 compared to $110.00 is just amazing.
