Was able to pick out my washer and dryer on line and compare with other stores. Went to Home Depot and the sales man executed my order within 15 minutes, including delivery date and hook up.

Usually no issue with this branch and never have an issue except for tonight when it appears that the cashier did not have knowledge of when a customer does not have their credit card in their possession.

I love coming to Home Depot the competitors are around the area are no near close to Home Depot.

I love this store because there is always employees smiling and asking to assist you.

Very rude. As a female, I won't be returning. As I shared my experience with my contractors I hired (whom are male), I realized that home depot treats them differently/better. I tried to return something and all my contractors were appalled that home depot would not make a return after selling me bad product. My contractors have said that, for the same circumstance, they've been able to make a return. I can only conclude that, since I am a female (and don't look particularly like a contractor), they believed I mishandled the product and broke it myself. If I was a male contractor, they would have in the past taken the product back, as anecdotal evidence by the male contractors I've hired.

i researched what i wanted to buy , i went there and got all necessary info and made my decision and bought the gas dryer i was looking for the sore rep was really helpful and nice, the delivery time was also very less just 4 days

I came to this store specifically to speak with the tiling expert Gary ,however he was not immediately available and decided to shop around and wait. I was initially impressed with the greeter (women) who helped me by finding me a cart I clearly needed which was very kind of her. Then within minutes two young gentlemen in the plumbing department mmediately approached me to help select the right valve I was searching for and explained how to change it. Immediately after I was approached by mataky who helped me locate Gary in tiling and until he saw I was being helped continued to check to ensure I was assisted. Mataky even assisted me select a tool to help me with a home project although it was not his department. He provided excellent customer support! Lastly Gary assisted me and I realized he was the person who taught me how to tile 8 years ago how to tile. His instructions were so amazing and detailed I've since tiled my kitchen, backsplash other friends home and now my bathroom floor. All thanks to his outstanding teaching abilility he inspires people to tackle projects they normally would not. Today was no different . He patiently explained all required steps and tools needed to accomplished my bathroom renovation while still respectfully attending other customers. My hats off to your team, it was worth the 45 minute ride!!! I always receive outstanding help from all departments! Keep up the outstanding work!!!!

Had good visit to this store, needed a few items had nice availability of stock on hand so I didn't have to go to another location to complete my order.

no matter when I go in it's always pleasant and fast. let's face it ladies, unless there is a rack of shoes in the back by lumber, i don't need to be there for more then 30min. this store always accomplishes that for me. love Home Depot!!

Home depot's is a great store in which everyone can get many fantastic things, for what they need it for! Also are workers to help you find what you need! I'd recommend this store for any who needs stuff to fix... things! :)

Nothing bad about the store or about my experience

This store is very organized, professional and well maintained. It is very user friendly to the consumer. I was doing a home improvement paint project. I found that the associates in that department were very knowledgeable (this was very helpful to me).

Very clean and organized and will definitively visit the store again.

I was very happy with the service I received by an associate who saw me struggling to lift and carry a 30+ pound bag of potting soil. He came to my rescue by finding an empty cart and putting the bag of soil into the cart.

I was very impressed with the help and knowledge that I received from the appliance section. Rich was awesome, gave me valuable information and got me the greatest deal on a brand new washer/dryer set. Home Depot is now my go to for appliances and all other needs.
