Store has a great location, great staff always willing to help and very friendly!

Went in head nothing but a hard time trying to find someone for carpet finally did they didn't know anything about it so then they went looking for somebody else couldn't find anyone an hour later finally had them come to measure missed measured sold me more carpet and more pad then I would have used then I tell them the measurement that they gave in the first place was wrong then they said 10% waste is estimated. I said with what they took that was 10% what they left was Major bulk had a hard time with them and still having a hard time with them getting countertops another section and cabinet facing the young man that came out was very good and I believe he was an appropriate worker other than that I've been disappointed in some areas with this store the way they greet you when you sit down it's like you're in their way and you get throwing back a little bit on how they talk to you and when other customers come up the way they say can I help you it's like very belligerent in like you know I'm pretty busy here what do you need that's what it seems like that's not what they say but that's what it shows I'm at over 300,000 spent and I am disappointed very much and they don't care.

Store #1518 in Colorado Springs is my favorite Home Depot because of the friendliness of the employees that work there, if they don't know a answer to a question they will get it for you, clean store, and using the HD credit card with interest free for 12 months is a big help on large purchases and close to other restaurants and shopping in the area.

Very knowledgeable staff knew every answer to the questions and concerns I had dealing with our remodeling project. I am definitely using this store again!

I've recently purchased a "new" home and find myself at The Home Depot quite frequently . I originally started shopping at this Home Depot because of it's location but continue to return because of the employees! Everyone I've encountered is always helpful and very friendly .

The store is well organized, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They take you to where you need to go, other stores just point and grunt or say, "It's over there", Home Depot actually help. It is very refreshing to see "real" customer service again.

I bought a humidifier from this store. When I got home and opened the box, I saw immediately that it must have been a return: there was no plastic packaging and then I discovered it was missing parts to make the machine function properly. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED that they would just place an item back on the shelf without making sure all of the parts were in the box. I had to make a trip ALL the way back to (a different Home Depot) to make sure I got what I should have gotten in the first place.

I was just checked out at this home depot by the best cashier. Her name is Kristy, she was funny and knowledgeable. Had a FANTASTIC attitude and a good employee to keep around. She maybe a cowboys fan, but I will look past that. lol. From - Raiders Fan

Always have exactly what I am looking for

GIs try to pick up dates here on Saturdays. Male employees hide from customers, leaving female employees to do all the work.

I feel this store is very clean. Shelves are always stocked. I have been here several times and staff is always helpful. I have even had an employee help diagnose a leak on water heater.

With the Professionalism and Expertise of products and locations, Jessica makes collecting materials quick and convenient. Excellent and efficient check out as well. Thank You.

The associates are extremely helpful and have a decent amount of knowledge, enough to at least get you going on the job. They've got very competitive prices compared to others and usually have a wide variety of tools and accessories for any job!

The associate in lumber was amazing. He helped me find the supplies I needed to get for shelves I was building. He used the radial arm saw to cut the lumber. Instead of directing me to the DIY cutting setup he cut the molding pieces for me. I have never received such good service anywhere. Look for Cowboy Tim when you shop at Southgate Home Depot.
