I don't understand how I can go from an awesome experience in checkout, to a nightmare in checkout the very next week. This Home Depot proved it is possible.

I found the staff to be far more helpful in this store than in another Home Depot I had shopped at. I'll always go out of my way to shop at the Sothgate store.

This is my favorite Home Depot in the Springs. They are always fully stocked, have great deals, and a very friendly staff.

Employees were helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist me with my purchases. Highly trained in Customer Service.

Had never been to this store but after talking to Chris on the phone and he said he had a pretty big selection on washer and dryer I had to come to your store since that's what I was shopping for. I took a 2.5 hour drive from NM to Co Spring and I would shop your store again.

I just left your Southgate location in Colorado Springs and was very disappointed in the lack of assistance your team provided. As I walked down aisle 41 (main thoroughfare was closed) to get to the aisle that housed peel and stick tile, I walked by two employees (Monica and did not get gentleman’s name) talking about some employees. I apologized for interrupting and asked when they would be finished with the aisle next to me and they responded, “we don’t know what is going on...” and continued to gossip. This was about 11:30-1145. I then continued on and said thanks for not helping me...I understand it is a difficult time right now, but customer service is lacking at this location and they have lost a customer today and probably for the future. I am traveling out of my way to Lowe’s to get a better experience.

This store is well organized and stocked. All the associates are friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and always happy to help their customers.

I feel very comfortable shopping at this Home Depot Store. Employees are always eager to direct me to needed areas, and give me full explanations about how to use various items. They make me feel like an important person!

Store was clean some employees were friendly but most of them were rude and acted as if they did not want to help me.

It's not too often you see a manager step in and help when there is a problem. Not only did Abby help me, but she did it in a friendly and professional way. Her personality and charm is something rarely seen in individuals holding a management position. It is obvious that she love the comanpy and her employees, but she take pride in making sure her customers have a presidential experience while visiting her store. I am glad that I was able to meet such an amiable person.

I love shopping at this Home Depot because the staff is friendly and helpful. This store always has in stock what I have come to buy. One particular employee, in returns, helped me immensely. I asked her to put the correct name and phone number on an invoice of mine, of a purchase I had made earlier in the week. She was friendly, knowledgeable, kind and patient. Thank you Home Depot.

ASSOCIATES at CUSTOMER SERVICE work hard to HELP with EVERY situation

Storm was so helpful on our trip today. We purchased a treager Smoker that was not priced and none on the shelves. He found out the price and was okayed by a manager to sell us the floor model. This took some time but he was very friendly and it wasn’t really his department. We flagged him down in the returns for help. Out of 8 people behind the counter not doing anything really he was the one to acknowledge our call for help.

Scott in the Lumber Dept. is fantastic. Excellent customer service, great disposition, very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and a true gentleman. If you need help with a project, ask for Scott. Stan is also great...very helpful, knowledgable, thorough, and kind.

With Covid19 in our life it was nice to have a great employee who was friendly and helpful. I was also pleased that the washing machine I ordered was in stock and available for delivery within the week. All staff was pleasant and helpful. WAY TO OUTSHINE HOME DEPOT!

Great store to work with. Having my own business and constantly in need of supplies, I find that this particular Home Depot is well stocked and clean and the Staff pleasant and helpful, making the start of my day a pleasant one!
