They have everything if you can find someone to wait on you.

Very quick and friendly service

One or two employees in specific departments are helpful, but the rest are awful. One guy tonight had headphones in while he was working. The front end staff around the self checkout define worthlessness. It's stores like this that are bringing in the era of online ordering so you don't have to deal with people like this.

I am THAT customer that always poses questions that make the associates scratch their head. I'm from the generation of "fixers" & know if I can just find what I'm looking for I can complete my task. With each visit I am provided with clear instructions/alternatives…..and sometimes it's a collaborative affair! Sometimes I learn something new…sometimes the associate does. But I never leave without a solution or a suggestion…..so many times I've visited various Home Depot Stores and if it's not an inventory item them I get "Sorry but that's not something we carry". But not here!!! If it's not within the store I am given alternative business to explore. And that makes ALL the difference to me! That tells me that the associate is truly interested in "helping" me and not just wanting to sell me what I don't need or want. Lisa Rivera Corte Madera, CA

Excellent service which is the most important factor in a good shopping experience. All were friendly and informed. Store is well organized and well stocked. It is neat and clean (and has a wonderful clean bathroom as well!).

No live cashiers! Only self-check out was provided. Hire people - not machines!

Large store with plenty of space, but good luck checking out or finding help.

As a contractor I do a fair amount of business at the San Rafael Home Depot- when there is a problem with my order or a delivery issue Tasja S. Always and I mean always makes it right! New management, lots of new employees and a positive attitude has made San Rafael Home Depot easy to shop.

Super Garden Center. Exactly what I was looking for with plenty of variety. Helpful Sales people who enjoy their work.

Lakeisha and Onyelewe were the best employees I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I will return to this store and ask for them personally. They were knowledgeable, made my trip to the store fun, and helped me with many decisions.

Doesn't have everything, nobody else does either; but Home Depot definitely has the best prices around. And they will order anything you want if you have the time to wait for delivery. Everyone is helpful, can't ask for much more than that.

Great store! Staff are friendly and helpful - which, to me, means that management is doing a great job.

Your cashier need to put away their phones and wait on the customer. And a good morning would also be a nice jester, but courtesy in this store is not high on the priority of customer service.

Kisha the cashier was great -- she knew exactly what I was talking about and what I was describing and pointed me to the correct aisle so I would find my item.

The check out clerks at this store are lazy and inept at being able to properly ring up the customer. When I called customer service, I was given the run around. I would not recommend going to this location
