This store has always been clean, friendly and helpful. I always return.

I don't visit this store often as I live a ways away but when I get the chance I'll stop, even if I don't need anything. There are always plenty of associates willing to help. I've found some great deals that haven't been advertised.

Great associates to help With finding products throughout the store

The store was very clean and bright. The associates were very helpful. check out was fast. The cashier actually discovered some minor defect on some pieces of tile we were purchasing. She replaced them while we were checking out. This saved us a return trip to replace the pieces of tile and time on the project.

The store is always clean, aisles are clear and well marked with their contents, associates are friendly and right there when you have a question or concern. There are so many products to choose from and it's great to have an associate's help to make the decision to buy the right item to fit my needs. I often find items on-line, but learn more after discussion with an associate. I find that most helpful which is why I'm always enlightened by a trip to HD.

The store is clean, well lighted, displays well placed, personal are always willing to help. I like shopping at the Sandusky Home Depot. I always seem to come to you first for my building needs. Being a U.S. Navy veteran I like the discount they offer to me. Thank you.

I came to Home Depot with an idea of what I wanted but not the name of it, nor did I have any idea of where I could find it. Thank goodness Carl was the Associate who asked if he could help me. He did that and more. He knew the name of what I was looking for and, when we couldn't find it in stock (even with 2 other wonderful associates joining in the hunt), helped me gather the needed individuals pieces for it. I knew I needed a countersink drill bit and, when we couldn't find one in the size I needed, he offered for them to assemble them. He enlisted Herman to help do this. I came in with an idea of what I needed and walked out with the item assembled and ready to use. As far as I'm concerned, Carl (and his colleagues) went over and above doing the "job". It was obvious that they took pride in their work and in helping us consumers. Well done Carl, Herman, other associates, the Manager, and Home Depot. You are my go-to place.

I actually left the store but came back for the item I was going to purchase as the were the only place that had what I wanted..1 man on the registers on a Sat. Afternoon is not acceptable. I saw 5 others standing around, chatting, laughing..one even directed another customer to get in front of me in line for a return. I pointed out I needed help also and she walked off, never to be seen again. If I need something from a H.D. I will probably drive to neighboring town to shop at a different , hopefully better Home Depot.

They had the product I wanted and gave me my military discount on top of the sale price

I always go to the Sandusky Home Depot because of their cleanliness and organization. I feel the staff is well trained, knowledgeable and very curtious.

Was shopping for nylon washers but couldn't find them . looked for an associate for help and couldn't find that either, finally walked up to the paint section and found one there. He took me back to the same place I had been looking but couldn't find them either. He went to find the associate in charge of hardware and asked him where the nylon washers were. This associate went right back to the same place and after looking through drawer (which were all miss labeled ) said "I guess we don't carry them" My reply was thanks', I will go to Lowes I know they do. Granted the store was not busy but seamed under staffed

I thought everything was displayed very nicely and store was easy to navigate thru.

The Associate in the paint department was very knowledgable and helpful. The cashier was very friendly and informative. Felt like they both were concerned about my satisfaction of the store as well as products I received.

We needed assistance with aluminum fascia. We wanted to purchase some and needed it cut to size to fit in the vehicle. The first associate told us there was nothing they could do; no tin snips to use. We were going to leave without what we needed. The second associate we encountered went out of his way to help us. Ken Schrader was extremely helpful and courteous.

I frequent all of these big box stores locally in Sandusky. The staff at the Sandusky Home Depot are what sets it apart from the Lowes (across the street) or Menards (about a mile away). The staff has PERPETUALLY and CONSISTENTLY been helpful and knowledgable regarding matters of relevance to me. I have spent way too much money in general on building supplies and tools over the past years; obviously, I would prefer to see MUCH MORE focus on lower prices for the customer - but I wouldn't beat up the people in the store in terms of wages as these folks are one of the highlights of the Home Depot shopping experience. Always helpful and always a smile!

The staff in the Garden Center is always helpful and courteous. Very knowledgeable about the plants. And the prices are good too!

I talked to 3 different associates during this trip. All were very friendly. My primary contact was extremely helpful in getting me to the right place in the store.

The appliances had a rebate that I didn't even know about until the associate explained it to me. I needed help with everything because I just bought a house so I think everyone at Home Depot helped me the day I went. KELLY TOOK OUR PROBLEM AND SOLVED IT. THEN HELPED GETTING ITEMS I NEEDED. I'M A 100% DISABLED BY (AGENT ORANGE) VIET NAM VETERAN. SO I USE THE SCOOTER PROVIDED BY HOME DEPOT AS I HAVE HEART FAILURE , C.O.P.D. DIABETES AND THE LIST GOES ON. WALKING FOR DISTANCE IS OUT FOR ME. KELLY RECONIZES I HAVE DISABILITIES AND IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL SHOWING THE EXTRA EFFORT TO ASSIST ! THANK YOU KELLY.

I choose Home Depot or Lowes and Menards because Home Depot keeps knowledgeable staff in the departments that know what you're looking for and how to find it

All went quickly with associates help. Keep up the good work.

It is always easy to find the things I need. Every department is well organized in a logical order. Associates are always eager to help and if they don't know the answer they will call someone who does.

I was visiting from out of state and was needing to rent one of their trucks to pick up a sofa for my daughter. When I got to the counter Holly (HRT1360) was very friendly and quick to help me. She asked for my proof of insurance, I explained to her that it was in my truck in California. She suggested calling my insurance company, which I did, and have them FAX it to her. We tried twice and it wouldn't go through. She suggested I ask them to email it to my phone, which I did, and she was able to use this to input the info into her computer and send me on my way. She was pleasant during the whole experience and never made me feel as though I was a pain. We were able to do what we need to do. :-)
