Good Store Very Clean easy to find what I want friendly, knowledgeable staff

Needed a barbeque. Found one. Asked for one in a box to fit in the car. The associates had one off the shelf and on a cart in a matter of minutes. Out the door. Yay!

Store associates all greeted me and asked if they could help me. They all seemed very friendly. I believe that the prices for products at the Home Depot are very competitive. Overall, I will continue to purchase my home maintenance products at Home Depot.

Everything I needed was easy to find. The store is well organized and clean. People greet you, and always ask if they can help.

this store is always clutter free and the associates are all so very helpful. I had all my questions answered by the person in window treatment department. she also got a schedule for the people to come out and take measurements to make sure what I ordered would be right.

When purchasing 1 piece of sod, Linda figured out it was for my dog. She advised she would cut the sod and bag it so it would be easier for me to carry. She also suggested I purchase a plastic tray from appliance department to place the sod onto to aid with the process. It's perfect and its all thanks to linda. the young man who assisted with getting the sod, bagged and to my car is also very nice. He complimented his co-workers knowledge and would not accept a tip.

I asked Jim in gardening where the sand was located, he quickly retrieved a cart for me, walked me over to the location and loaded all the sand I needed, walked me back to check-out to be sure that he could load the sand into my car due to it being too heavy for me. To add to Jim's excellent customer care; he purchased a cold water for me as it was extremely hot that day!

The store is well organized. The Associates are always there to help, and they always greet you as yoiu walk in the store, and walk from department to department. The so-called competition can take lessons!!

I am an electrician that needs to keep my work truck continuously stocked for service calls. (Broken conduits , power loss, etc..) This stores staff always has an excellent demeanor. Always professional and courteous. Cashiers are very helpful with the amount of material that I buy and with multiple checkouts .Electrical staff is knowledgeable and always there to help if you have questions .

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was offered help by at least 5 staff members and everyone was smiling. I had a lot of difficulty finding a lot of the items I needed on my own.

Always greeted when I walk into, and around the store. Everyone asks if they can help me find something. Outstanding, Professional, and Friendly, Customer Service, always!!

Was told by 2 other stores that barbecues were out-of-season??? It was the 4th week of September... This store has all kinds of barbecues, inside and outside of the store, cheap and expensive. Though, there isn't much of a selection on the budget side. I got the Smokey Joe...

My wife always manages to find new projects for me to do since my retirement from remodeling our entire house to converting our yard to draught tolerant plants. Home Depot is always my first stop. Plus, I've never been disappointed with the helpfulness of the employees. My home is between the Santee store and the Mission Gorge store and both store have great employees. Also, as a guy, I love the tool selection at Home Depot. A guy can't have too many tools!

The store is clean and well organized. I was shopping for an entry lockset, when the lady from Hardware came up and suggested that I look at a Main Aisle display. It was the same lockset I had selected, with improved technology and at a significantly cheaper price! SOLD!!! Typical of this stores customer service level.

Great store to find anything needed for the home and or repairs. Helpful staff although when crowded can be hard to catch an associate

I went there for a project, ans someone was available right away to help me find what I needed. That allowed me to finish my project on time.
