The store is always clean, the staff always willing to help or find someone with better specific knowledge. Things are easy to find throughout the store.

They had what I was looking for at a reasonable price.

I had a great shopping experience at Home Depot I have been doing a lot of remodeling in my home little by little each time I go in the associates are great two associates in particular that I remember are Ingrid and Marty they were both really great and help me out, they are both very friendly and easy to talk to.

As I stated in my previous Comment in this questionaire, which can be posted...we, my Husband and I , found all that we needed right away, and went to the checkout counters...no lights were on, but before we had a chance to say anything, a young Gal said, "I can help you here :)" , and in seconds she had us Checked Out on the 'self checkout equipment' , and bid us "Have A Good Day :) " ... ...so we did :)...

The store was very clean and everyone was very nice and helpful.

All products were easy to find, clean areas and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

The store is in a location that is within 5-6 miles from my home. The staff was generally friendly and eager to assist me with my inquiries about products and location of products throughout the facility. The items I needed had to be special ordered. One was a room darkening blind and the other was a product that your store carries , however is independent of your store in one respect. They offered a 10% discount on a backsplash with Façade , however they contacted me directly at my home and stated they would have to do the order over again themselves in order for the discount to be applied.I turned it down in that Julie, our assistant had worked extremely well with us and took up a great amount of time to ensue that we had the correct products. The Sales Associate in the Home Decorating section of your store at the location I noted above was Julie and she was an excellent representative of a sales and marketing associate who was familiar with the stock and was willing to go beyond the call of duty to ensure that our needs were met. ( my husband and I)

I continue to be amazed at the pleasant customer service and associate availability.

I found most of what I wanted on my own, but had a very helpful associate, to find one of the things I was looking for. I wasn't able to find one other thing I was looking for, but as usual, had a positive experience shopping at Home Depot!

Price of items were not marked. Was overcharged and had to debate with associate about correct price. It took 25 minutes to check out. I was passed off to one checkout on one part of store which was 30 yards from my original checkout. Then had to walk to rear of store to show associate which bin I selected my materials. No one appeared to care and just wanted to get rid of me.

This is directed at the associates who were working on June 27, 2015. I was looking at carpet cleaners, and needed assistance from an associate. I went and asked the associate in the cabinet area, and he went to get the associate for the area that I needed assistance. As he left, another associate walked up to me. He was the associate for the area, and as he was finding out what I needed, his radio went off to let him know that he had customers that needed his assistance. The quick response from both associates was amazing. They had to get my item from a pallet, and the wait was about five minutes from the time he appeared to the time I made it to the cashier's counter. The only thing I wish I had differently was get these guy's names. They deserve to be recognized as examples of how to handle customers. Since this is the nearest Home Depot, I shop here often, but I do shop different Home Depot locations in Atlanta, and still the one in Savannah has the best hospitality. Keep up the good work!

Clean and finally store personnel finally showed to help. Was most helpful!

Cashier Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. she has a great personality and I could tell she enjoys her job. The young man in the paint dept that assisted me was knowledgeable and helpful. I'm only sorry I didn't get his name.

My in store experience was great from the time I walked through the door. Everyone was very helpful an upbeat. Devin was very helpful in my process. What seemed like a hard task was made easy. The ladies at the checkout station was very welcoming as well.

Customer service was great !Product was a bit prices, but overall I enjoy shopping at Home Depot always.

No Associates were available nearby in the area I needed one ( Air Conditioners which are in the back of the store). After a busy day of shopping I really did not feel like going all the way back to the front to ask for help. The only air conditioner at the price I wanted to pay was in a ripped box that looked like it had been dropped. It should not have been out, or should have been with Clearance items. The A/C shelves were pretty bare. So I went home and ordered what I needed from Best Buy on line. The air conditioner was delivered in 2 days, free shipping. Much easier and more pleasant.

Store employees are always curtious and helpful. I prefer shopping a Home Depot verses your competitors mainly due to the above and beyond good customer service I experience on each and every visit. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

All over nice store, associates pleasant and helpful.

I love Home Depot. I enjoy looking at organizational materials and I also like to look at different flooring options and tiles. They have everything I need and the staff and associates are always friendly and willing to help me find what I need.

Quick & easy. Appreciated it. It was nice to have the cart that is designed for children. My 3 year old likes to ride in them.

Only recommend because it's better than the Lowes.

TWO GREAT ASSOCIATES. THE PERSON THAT HELP MEDID A WONDERFUL JOB

As a business owner, a home owner, and most recently the part time manager of a small building, I shop frequently at Home Depot. There are occasions when I find that the product I purchased is not what I needed and return it. There have been very rare occasions that the product I purchased was actually defective as was the case with my last return. In every instance over the years I have found the return process to be quick and painless. Inevitably I end up buying something else before I leave the store.

I have used Home Depot as the source for products and workmanship for installation of pro9ductrs in my home on several occasions. I have found the materials used and the workmanship to be the very best along with a very competitive overall cost. I have always been most satisfied with in-store shopping I have experienced on countless occasions. I have observed what appears to be a continuing effort by store personnel to concentrate on customer care. I have found employees to be usually well versed in location of items in store and with considerable expertize in their particular departments.

Tasha was so proactive! She saw me walking up to the self-checkout with my arms full, came quickly up to me, taking the items, scanning them for me and then bagging them for me. I was so impressed with that and in addition, she has a beautiful smile and great personality. Even though I found everything I was looking for, Tasha was the highlight of my trip!

I went in for copper tubing. I went down the aisle and couldn't find it. Asked an associate who helped me. Apparently I walked right past them! The sales associate was very educated on the product and gave me great pointers.
