Conveniently located. Clean and well stocked. Courteous staff. I would like to especially shout out for Matt at the Service Desk for his outstanding service towards Customer Satisfaction. Other staff have also been courteous, but Matt really goes out of his way to make sure customer issues are addressed in a timely manner. He is a great asset to your organization/store. You need to have more Matts to raise your standards of Customer Service.

The employee Kim in the front is wonderful and helpful! I had such a positive experience at the store with her and other employees as well. All my questions were answered and I left the store happy.

I needed landscape timbers. They were located on the second shelve from the bottom. Two employees were working in the aisle and saw me climbing for them but neither came over to assist. I am 64 years old and a little assistance would have been nice. The price was not marked and as I passed the employees, I asked if they could give me a price. They were not able to get me it so I had to go to the cashier to confirm that these were the ones that I saw on the Home Depot website.

Make sure store associate, Kim, checks you out at the register. She is knowledgeable, fast, and friendly!

Long lines. Employee at checkout (Ann) was pretty aggressive when I presented my pro ID on the app to get it scanned instead of touching the keypad. She said she had never seen it on the phone and I had to punch it in. Employee needs training

The clerk in the outside hot Garden Shop scanned my Lawn seed as $33.98. The sign said $14.97, and that's why I bought it. I was mislabeled. The clerk refused to issue me a refund and said go to Customer Service for it. I had to stand on line in 80-degree heat in the Garden Center behind 7 people. Then I had to go inside and stand on another line with Social Distancing with 7 people ahead of me to beg for a refund. I got the refund and advised the Clerk to issue a correct sign by the item. The Refunds should be issued right at the check-out to save time and risk of exposure to Covid-19 by standing on a 2nd line.

Sales people are friendly and helpful. they recognize me, as I am in store quite often. Most of the time I find exactly what I want and most associates are eager to help

If I can simply give this store no stars I would. The manager Marc is a disgrace, no sense of urgency around his customers. Treats and talks to his employees as if they have no value. It's a shame how this day in age you still have upper management not valuing there employees whatsoever. One recommendation to the higher ups which I honestly hope they read this & get rid of this individual. Clearly he adds no value to your organization. I have been shopping with home depot for years and in this location to be exact, I remember of happier times when employees would want to help out there customers because employees were being taken care of by managment. If anything comes of this, I just hope they do right by there employees.

Had to resort to shop out of town because my local HD(North Bergen) had me on hold practically all morning today. Awful. Glad to have done so. Valeria, in the appliance dept, was most helpful and efficient.

great employees and managers parking area needs speed bumps and singage for speed limit (ie yield/stop) for pedestriean as per NJ state law!!

Convenient location. Traffic pattern getting out of he store not very convenient. Would be nice if store management contact Secaucus to add left turn into Secaucus. Also the area to improve- move sipping carts close to entrance. Half a hundred grilles display does not need to occupy all store entry front.

the store is great, parking is great, most of the employee are great, but there was this cashier who was having a bad day and was very rude.

Excellent Store to shopping

Seems to be not qiute up to par with other neighboring stores. A number of times I was shopping for an item, they were usually not available at this location. If available, they were difficult to find in the store. Some sections still do not have Aisle & Bay designation, maybe why item location (Aisle & Bay) does not show up on mobile app.
