Lots of stock & if they don't have it they can get the next day or 2 depending on what it is! Very helpful staff!

The Snohomish store is my store of preference although I live close to a competitor, I drive the distance based on the service level of the associates working within the store as well as the cleanliness, ease of finding what I need and the vast amount of choice for all my home needs.

Most all staff are helpful and courteous, but especially the plumbing fellow, Loren!

We had a bad customer service experience at this store tonight. But our checker was Allison and she was a total sweet heart. Nice young lady.

The store was clean and employees were friendly and available to provide help finding what I was looking for.

Terri in paint researched on her computer for a color that was from a Lowes store. She matched it perfectly. Great job.

The help you receive is not really consistent. I love great customer service. I received it from the cashier (friendly, funny, and seemed to be a genuinely happy person) but not the other guy I dealt with. I can only hope it was an abnormally bad day and he is feeling much better now. Prices are shockingly high sometimes but I don't know if that is just me not knowing the standards or that they are actually higher than most places.

I would like to say that this Home Depot store is the greatest. If you want help and to be treated like a human being, this is the place to go. I have shopped at other stores like this and have been ignored or treated like I am stupid because i did not know something. These people go out of their way to treat you great. They are friendly and pleasant. To them there are no stupid questions and they are always happy to help. They do not act like it is a chore to help you.

As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted by an employee asking to direct us to where we needed to be. We were there to purchase a new washer and dryer. Vivian McD was very helpful during the process. She made sure that we had all the accessories that were needed. The process went smoothly and the delivery date was quick from the date we placed the order. I will definitely refer friends to visit this Home Depot for all their appliance purchases.

The ONE reason I would recommend this store is the excellent customer service provided by Patty. The Snohomish store definitely needs more people trained in the area of customer service like her.

Keith in Tools is awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and available. You can tell that his priority is service and helping people versus working on a task with his head down. He is batting 2 for 2 with 2 homers in the 2 times I have ran into him. Thank you Keith.

The crew members at the Snohomish Home Depot are awesome. Everyone is super helpful and they have some really knowledgeable people. There has been more than one instance where I babbled some convoluted description of what I was hoping to do, and walked out with everything I needed to complete the project. They are busy but not crowded and check-outs are usually pretty quick. I highly recommend this store.

Associate Harley in Lumber was very helpful, he directed us to the section that we needed and provided tips about which product we should pick.

The clerk in the refrigerator section (young lady) was not only helpful, but pleasant and smiling, the cashier too was friendly, but not too friendly and lastly, the young man loaded my item in my truck, strapped it down while remaining courteous ad cheerful. Nice change from my visit to another Home Depot.

This is store has outgoing, helpful associates and lots of great products. I have always found the store clean and organized with plenty of people to help customers with questions or to locate items. I like that the store hires experienced handymen/women who give great advice or ideas when one is trying to figure out what to do with a yard, painting or organizing project, etc. I always get my duplicate keys made at this store as they do a good job the first time. I like that there are older workers at this store as they are helpful, outgoing, and have a good work ethic... great role models to younger employees and my own teens.

Everyone is always helpful and they go out of their way to show you where things are. Love the garden dept.

This store is not the closest DIY store to us but is always our "go to" store. The crew is knowledgeable and helpful. And if by chance they do not have what we are looking for in stock they get quickly.

I consistently find this store has a broad and deep stock of items I need.

I have been living near this store for several years now and when I need help or products, this is the store that has served me well as they have the products available and knowledgeable help.

Everyone in this store is friendly, happy and extremely helpful. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and I always experience this, at this store and shop there frequently. I am a "handywoman" :) and when I need assistance, direction or helpful ideas, I especially appreciate the customer service and inventory knowledge provided by "Loren"! He has been there for 9 years, since the store opened! He's awesome. This also means there is great management and high moral.

The Snohomish Home Depot is one of the best organized and cleanest I have visited. The help is always friendly and it is an enjoyable trip through the store. I own another house in San Pedro CA and the Snohomish Store is far Superior to the San Pedro.

I had such a great experience at The Home Depot today. I had a LOT of questions about spring planting, soils, fertilizers, etc...I'm new to this whole spring planting thingy. Jhade, a lovely Home Depot associate, helped me and answered all my questions and helped me get the things onto the cart, to the check-out stand, and to my car. I had hurt my back and so I couldn't lift anything and she understood and helped with everything. I even changed my mind a couple of times as she educated me about products and she didn't mind getting things on and off the shelves for me. WHAT AN ANGEL OF MERCY! And what a wealth of helpful information she provided...HOLY COW!! Thanks so much to Jhade! She's my new hero. Yaaaaaaay!:)

Great Customer Service and love that this store is doggy friendly

This store is the best as far as service and cleanliness. Associates in the isles are always asking to help. Heather at the return counter saw a line of customers and being she was not busy with returns ask for the next person in line. Associates are always nice, friendly and helpful. Love this store.
