I was looking to buy a toilet to replace the current one. I met Bob R. on my visit in the kitchen and bath section. He educated me everything to know about how to install a toilet. He helped me to make the correct measurements to replace the current one (because I have an older home). Then he helped me to select the correct one for my home. He was well educated to help me on the topic and very professional. Very courteous too. Had lot of patience to listen to me and answer my questions. I am very happy with the service I received.

Although I am not a heavy buyer, I frequently go to this store No issues no problems. All the associates are very helpful. I like to particularly name my most helpful person Mr. Rick. Every time I go there and need some help, my eyes wander to find him out first. He is exceptional. Other good thing about this store is sale items availability. Proximity to my home also makes me feel homely about this store.

Ordering online at HD.com and picking up at the store is so convenient. So it returning items. HD has made it very easy to shop. It is my ONLY hardware store.

We went to return items that we did not think we could return (opened sets and personalized keys to the wrong door) anticipating that we may not be able to return the items. Grace was very quick to calm our worries and returned all items quickly. She then directed us to the aisle to find the correct lock set. The entire store was very nicely organized and clean, ready for black Friday. Two associates were chatting with each other right near where we needed help, and both were happy to help us with our questions. Ken then helped us pick a set, took us to the front to get rung up quickly, and gave us parting advice for installation and maintenance. The trip was so easy. The knowledge and friendliness were unexpected and extremely appreciated.

The staff of this store are excellent. They have helped me multiple times. That is why I return. Good job folks.

I have been shopping this store since it opened. It is less than 10 minutes from my home and I enjoy my numerous visits there. The staff are excellent and the product selection is very good. The lighting is far superior to many other stores (Lowes) and it offers a welcoming atmosphere. I spend a lot of time at this store and know many of the staff.

Was thinking of buying granite for kitchen counter tops. Found a very helpful associate who explained all the options. There was no pressure, and she found the best deals possible for our needs.

I brought american woodmark kitchen cabinets 4 years ago, I went back today to order another cabinet, had the same associate I used 4 years ago. her name is (not allowed,to mention )she was great back than and was great today(,knew what she was doing). And by the way the cabinets are great.

Fianally a store with helpful associates.Seems like Home Depot is hiring more employees to help the customers unlike other stores where you can only find associates at the register.

Ideally located from my residence and the availability of material and ease of check out makes it a good experience. The store associates are willing to assist at the first call itself and they are knowledgeable too.

Associates non-existent in plumbing dept, or hiding... a common occurrence in this store.

What we expected to be a grueling experience, was made more than pleasant and helpful by an associate from the pro desk, who helped with our entire roofing purchase, giving his guidance and expertise. We were so very thankful he was there to help us.

Love to shop at this store, just because of the wonderful people who are always willing to help you with anything that you throw at them. Bob Ryes is my man, he always has a smile on his face and always willing to help and recommend best solution for the problem. Richard is another one who helped me and my family by providing a loaner refrigerator when my newly bought refrigerator died within a year. Richard understood my situation as how difficult it is to survive without a refrigerator when you have little ones at home and he went above and beyond to help me out on that. I really wish i can remember the names of all the people i see and work with on a regular basis but they are the best at what they do in respective depatment's.
