Everyone was just so helpful. With a 'bored' 9 year old and a feisty 4 year old being with me the employees engaged them, and kept them entertained while I asked my questions.

Avoid the carpet Department. The signage for installation is not what you will get. "72 Hour" means 9 days. The "7 day" carpet is 3 weeks. Customer service was a waste of time and you will not get your delivery when promised or contracted for.

Just had a very bad experience at the Home Depot store in Southchase Orlando. You have to wait at least half an hour to one hour to get help. Store managers are nowhere to be found

It is easy to find parking. The store was clean, products are easy to find and if you can find the product you are looking for, always is an employee around to ask and they will tell you were to find it.

OVERALL THE STORE IS GOOD WITH PRODUCTS, I ONLY FIND IT HARD TO FIND AN EMPLOYEE WHEN LOOKING FOR HELP. I USUALLY HAVE TO WALK THE STORE QUITE A BIT TO FIND A HELPING EMPLOYEE. THIS IS NOT ALWAYS BUT MORE TIMES THAN NONE. HOWEVER EMPLOYEES ARE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL WHEN I FIND ONE. ALSO WANT TO MENTION CASHIER AT THE GARDEN CENTER WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP CHECK ME OUT. I HAD RECEIVED A TICKET (RAFFEL TICKET) WHILE THERE BUT DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT WAS FOR AND THIS CASHIER TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE A CALL TO FIND OUT FOR ME.

Store is generally well-stocked and clean. Customer Service can use some help, particularly the Customer Service Desk -- I have had some bad experiences with online ordering, as it relates to resolving issues in-store, but I think that's a corporate process inadequacy and I can't blame the associates totally. If you need help with paint, go visit Daniel at the paint counter -- he is an outstanding associate. I won't buy paint unless he's working. Great guy, the rest of the staff should model themselves after him.

The customer service cannot be understated. No matter what department you visit, you will find friendly and dedicated sales associates to assist you. A huge shout out to Carlos in Flooring for spending time and assisting me. Highly recommend this store.

I CAN FIND ANYTHING I NEED IN HERE

I have a home depot within 5 miles of my home and over the years has become a place I can get a fix for my handyman addiction. I would like to see a web page or section for people who are building tiny houses with small applicances and fixtures either on the internet or at stores...

Rosanna was very helpful in customer service and the older lady at self checkout was very knowledgeable about the salt for my water softener. Always a pleasant experience in this store

As usual the service was very engaging and the staff is quite helpful too! I recently relocated here and getting our home together is a real task! It's wonderful to just dash over The Home Depot to get my beautiful plants or whatever else we need for our new place.

The Paint Department had three associates working there today. They were quite efficient and the associate I had was quite helpful and answered questions I had regarding paint textures and rebate. He mixed the paint in no time and was pleasant throughout my interaction with him.

Associates through the whole store were ready and willing to help with all questions I had.
