The associate approached me almost immediately as she saw that I was somewhat lost... and didn't judge me when the item I needed was in the aisle dead ahead of me! :)

The gentleman the helped me had great knowledge of garden vegetables and flowers that was very helpful to me and made my choices easy to make.

Ran into the store 10-15 prior to closing. Needed to grab some items to complete the job. I didn't have cash for the material needed. I went in grabbed my material and went to the customer service counter to open a credit card. Knowing it was late the customer service rep Jessica was great. She took her time and we had to go through the process a couple of times as the system was being difficult and I as well made a few mistakes trying to rush through and make sure it was completed by closing. She remained patient with a smile and made sure it was completed properly. She missed her bus home to help which I was so grateful for. This has 100% flipped me from the "other store" to Home Depot

I was buying PVC pipe. I had to load it on my bicycle. All the packing items were handy.

I had the best experience ever at this store yesterday, thanks to Rich in the MET dept and Dave.C in dept 26. They went over and above helping me with my project. Very helpful, kind and fun. They made me feel like they were just as much a part of my project as I am. thanks guys for a great experience!!

I like going there. It has a lot of stuff I need. I is good to go there if you need something.

Michael, who works in the lumber section (im assuming) was so incredibly helpful. He showed me and got me everything I needed to fix a hole in my wall and was very pleasant to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help.

A lot of restocking was going on. It was hard to find a store associate. But Ryan was very helpful and willing to assist me. Every one is always so friendly and helpful. It was lunch time when I arrived at the store.The store was only lightly busy! Some of the aisles were crowded and you had to go back down and up another aisle for mobility.

We were very happy with the service ewe received at this store. Starting with the Garden area. Will & Lori were helpful and offered many great idea about my lawn. The Manager, Rocco was very customer friendly and really helped us with getting our materials for our project. Rob in the Lumber dept. worked hard to pull out 16 ft. wood planks for our project. It was a great team effort and we will return to this store again. great job South Philly. I do need to mention that we went to Lowes first and received no help and they didn't have any trucks to rent due to a problem with their contract with Hertz. We are so glad that we came to Home Depot.

Was able to find everything I needed. Was particularly impressed with the plants.

My wife and I stopped in to order window coverings for our house and Mike Quinn and the cashier Nikkea were extremely helpful and friendly. They truly made the experience seamless and far exceeded our expectations.

Store is always clean and neat looking...items are easy to find...Need Help? Don't worry...Store associates are very helpful!!!!

it's been quit a while since I last shopped at this store. It had become a mess: dirty, inconvenient aisles, items difficult to find, and generally not a pleasant atmosphere. Have been going to Lowe's, just a short distance away. Now, it seems someone got the broom out, and also directed the staff to do a better job. Store layout and cleanlines are a 100% improvement.

Some items out of stock and no associate around to ask. Prices are competitive. WiFi wasn't available and it would have been helpful.

I was able to speak with an associate immediately and he was very friendly in assisting me with my project needs. I wanted to buy a new toilet and explained what I wanted. He showed me different kinds of their products and answered all of the questions I had. The associate was very patient with me and guided me step-by-step from purchasing to setting up an installation. He even informed me about new products that I could equip to the new toilet system that I really liked.

hello again ... well we have a little project to do before my birthday so we went there to get the things we need for the bench! we go there cause we know our way around but if we forget, someone is always around to help ! plus we always looking forward to see our favorite cashier ! well i must go and eat ttyl

Thank god for the S. Philly Home Depot. If it weren't for them real customer service would be dead & buried forever! If you are sick of surly, unhelpful, bored, and rude people & want an example of what is meant by "customer service," hang out here for awhile. If you are a retail business manager/owner & need some cheap CS training for your associates, assistants,and cashiers drop them off @ S. Philly Home Depot for a day & tell them to just sit back and watch the pros.

Had a list. Help from associate enabled us to find items quickly. Store is always well stocked. Love the Garden Shop.

what ever you do don't bother to call you will be on hold longer than it would take you to walk to the store only to be disappointed by no product or no answer or both

Having visited several area Home Depot stores in Philly and Wilmington, I give this South Philly store the very highest ratings in all categories. What a team!

my boyfriend and i always go there cause we like plants and also improve our little home and you guys have the best price ! also we know one cashier her name is Sandra she an african american lady she's so nice to us ! we love her ! well beside been cheap also we like the people that works there .. nice crew !

I recently bought some plants and realized that I didn't have anything for them (didn't plan on buying them). Using Google I got a decent idea of what I needed, and using HomeDepot.com I figured out where it might be. The instant I entered the store Cassandra greeted me and asked if I needed help. She was extremely friendly so I accepted. She helped me find the specific soils I needed, explained the differences in soil types, and showed me the different potting options. While we were walking around a few other associates made sure we didn't need additional help, or just being friendly. My shopping time was probably under 10 minutes, and I enjoyed how welcoming this location is.

The store was clean & the sales people & cashier were very helpful in helping me find items in the store.

I had some bathroom work to do in my house and the associate helped me find not only the right tools, but also gave me great recommendations on ways to go about this task.
